We never got a response, then I happened to run into the salesman from Garrety that sold us the sunroom and I expressed our disappointment. He was helpful and the next day we received a call from Garrety to schedule a time to come out and repair the leak. The repair man came out twice as it continued to leak after his first visit. Well, it's still leaking and we are concerned about the structural integrity of the roof and ceiling if the room continues to leak. For a project that cost almost $100,000, we really believe Garrety should do a better job standing behind their work.

Now when I watch their commercials I realize this, since they don't seem to refer to the quality of the roof. We settled on a $500 discount, which was very insulting. They came when they said they would. They said the job would take about an hour, and it did. I paid in cash, and gave them extra for a tip-they were honest and told me I over paid-I had to explain it was a tip. I felt they deserved it, they did a good job and quickly!
