Very thankful for this, so if you make a mistake EMAIL the company DON'T CALL. I did the mini rug, which is a great size. I had a lot of fun with my date and felt comfortable with using the machine. I don't remember the girl name but she was really helpful and nice. She checked on you throughout the class but also gave you enough space to do your rug making. The guy did a great job at the beginning of class explaining how to use the machine and what not to do. You will have enough time to complete your rug and take it home the same day. Make sure you have a few images on your phone before attending the class. You can google *blank* coloring page, this will help you get the outline of your imagine. read more

We had a tiny class with only 4 people and it was such a wonderful, fun experience! It's a definitely on the expensive end, but we thought it was completely worth it as you get to learn how to use rug tufting materials and walk out with a full rug! I'm glad I was able to find a sessions that worked with my schedule and book the day before! The teachers are fantastic - they anticipate errors or issues we might have, are always willing to help and provide feedback, and overall provide a really safe and fun learning environment. I love that you can pick any colors and have full creative freedom. The large rug size is also a really nice canvas to make a variety of things without being too big. What a fun class! My husband and I were in the area for a cruise and after finding out they offered the class on the night we were down there we decided to book. The instructors were incredibly helpful and went over all of the steps with us. We were the first to arrive so we got to have a little more time to sketch out everything we wanted for our rugs. I did have to edit my photo because we did the mini class there wasn't enough room to add writing. However, after doing the first class I definitely plan to book for a bigger rug class in the future. I would say their pricing is on point for the value you get. They have so many different colors of yarn available, that you can really get creative in class. A lot of the class was pretty self-explanatory after watching the introduction. The hardest part is probably holding the gun up the entire time. Admittedly my arms were pretty tired by the end. The machine is pretty forgiving for beginners just make sure you pay attention to the instructors. I would definitely recommend this class if you're in the area. read more

10/10 recommend!! When you book this online it seems like it's going to be a long night. The large size is 4.5 hrs but it flies by!! They allow you to bring a light finger food kind of snack. I brought a bag of popcorn. But they also have small chips and drinks to purchase if you didn't bring. The team is super friendly and helpful. If you don't know what you're making before getting here they have a little online catalogue with a few ideas you can pick from. Parking is super easy. The employees do a phenomenal job of explaining how to tuft a rug, safety and they're always available to help. It is a long class, so expect to be here for about 4-5 hours, but hey! you walk out with a rug. My group ended up friending the whole class, even the employees. The owners were super sweet, but Sandy, Nicky and Patricia take the cake. They were friendly, approachable and super helpful. Tufting house was fun. They give a tutorial instructing you on how to use the gun, apply pressure, complete your design and more. The space allows for two people each to stand side by side. The process takes about 3 hours, and each session is timed. There is time allotted for you to complete the design, cut and trim! Really cool place then instructors are super helpful friendly always walking around to make sure you get your carpet done right be prepared. It is a five hour class and very tedious work. It's definitely something I could do once and not do again. I think this is good for like a birthday, but compared to paint and sip, which is a easy two hour class while you're sitting down you're standing out the majority of the time your hands get tired just a couple of things to be aware of before you book the class otherwise it's super cool my rug came out so adorable and I am very happy generally with the experience other than being tired. Made a rug here for the first time a few months ago with my 18 & 16 year old. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't make you feel rushed and if time is running out they step in to make sure you leave with the rig the same day. After going to Tufting House twice, i have to say it's AMAZING. It's a great experience. Definitely a must do. A fully customizable rug of almost anything you could want, all the stuff you need supplied for you, great, clear instructions, and plenty of help and guidance along the way. It's worth every penny. Everyone there is great, kind, friendly, and helpful. Megan is fantastic! She is always kind and caring. She makes you feel welcome and right at home. Both times, i panicked that i wouldn't finish in time, but Megan, as well as the other, reassured me that i would finish and if by chance i didn't, that there were options. (I finished on time both times) They are so accommodating and thoughtful. I have stage 2 colon cancer, and i get hot and tired easily. Both times, i needed to stop and take a 5 minute break. Megan and the others stepped in and worked on my rug so I wouldn't fall behind. They looked out for me, making sure I had water and lower the AC and even turned on a fan, making sure i was in the coolest spot. The overall vide of this place is what really made the experience of making a rug that much more enjoyable. I will definitely be back a 3rd time if my health allows me. My boyfriend gifted us this class for our anniversary, only to show up for our scheduled appointment time and be turned away due to lack of seating. A party of 2 with the same appointment time as us who arrived 5 minutes after we did were able to secure their seats and discuss their designs as soon as they walked in. The only consolation they provided to us was a refund or reschedule. We drove over an hour to try and spend our anniversary creating art that we had been discussing for 2 weeks and it completely ruined our day. I couldn't be more disappointed. Patricia and Nikki were the ones in the studio at the time and they were the least of help through this situation. Unapologetic and unwavering to include one more extra seat in the class. Not enough time for a 30 x 30" rug. Actually, I paid for a 30" x 30" rug, but the frame was 30" x 30" so I had to make a 29" x 29" rug. Not what I paid for. Also, they finished it horribly. I made a square rug and the woman who was doing the finishing cut it all crooked. She actually yanked it off the frame so hard before she took it in the back to destroy it, maybe she made it wonky so she cut it wonky. The backing started to come off while I was there at the shop, and the rug started to fray. I told the woman and she said she would fix it but never came back over to do so. They claim that they have people walking around to make sure we are satisfied and that the finishing was correct. They did not do that. Now I have to do it myself. Why did I pay them, just to finish it myself? I told them what happened and they said they are a new business and were short staffed. How is that my problem? Just goes to show you that not everyone knows how to run a successful business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. read more
