Today we attended the class at Bagel Twins restaurant in Delray Beach. Tonight's menu included Lobster! We started off with a delicious Lobster ravioli with a lemon wine sauce and wilted arugula. From there we had the most divine lobster bisque I've ever tasted. Chef Cooks all of this in front of you and asks for participation from the audience. He had many Sous chefs tonight! After the bisque, he made the most incredible Lobster bruschetta with a balsamic glaze on top. And to finish off the evening he served the most delicious lobster mac and cheese I have ever had in my entire life!
