Even when the metal silverware was removed and reusable plastic plates disappeared, violating their own professed dedication to the environment, I just continued, even if a bit saddened. But now? Now they've taken away the bacon. Now they put out a tray of unseasoned eggs with half a handful of cheese sprinkled on top like it was a muffin pizza. In another tray it's half-cooked broccoli and cold cut sliced ham scattered throughout tasteless yellow gunk. I asked a staff member about it, but they too had no idea what was going on. They missed the bacon when they tried the breakfast, and when they asked why it was missing? The response from cooked foods was "they were told to not serve it anymore", apparently from some higher Today I have had my first bad breakfast here. I had difficulty finding an item until the very kind lady working in the produce department helped me locate the item. She stopped what she was doing to look it up on her cell phone. With her help I was able to locate the hard to find item. When we arrived home several of our items were missing. I contacted customer service and to my surprise the items were already recorded as not picked up. So I presented my sales slip and the missing items were immediately replaced. Simply amazing!
