I had been a good customer, moving from my old dispensary because they were so friendly and…read moreefficient. Here is the problem. A friend told me I should try vaping. Token Farms sales associate sold me a stizzy battery and cartridge saying is was good and popular. Wasn't long till battery stopped, now the sales associates said "yeah stizzy is the worst product for returns". I think the next thing was the cartridge didn't work. Again "worst". Don't know what went next, but I was now in the Stizzy catch 22, had a new cartridge they wouldn't refund money for that battery just replace. So now I have another bad battery. Token Farms knows Stizzy is a poor product line I asked why they sold it. Manager Shay said she knew they were bad returned a lot but "we sell so many" (might be paraphrased) but you get the drift. Going in with another broken battery or defective cartridge for which I want a REFUND not a swap, get me off this Stizzy Train. They keep blaming Stizzy's rules. I'm not doing business with Stizzy I'm doing business with Token Farms. We'll see if they'll refund me. Otherwise ta ta and they can keep their product.

Honestly this is my favorite location compared to the Farmersville location as the Woodlake location gives out FREE cookies! They are drug free cookies that's delicious! The Snickerdoodle cookies are bomb! They are made from the next door coffee shop called "Munchies" which I really want yo get a dozen but due to COVID-19 their hours are different and not been able to gjve them business. Anywho if you come in from Valley Pure you get a nice discount. So I prefer this location as my dude and I can come in as a couple. The Farmersville location breaks you up. Since I don't make a purchase I just tag a long and observe as my dude does his thing. I usually talk to the staff as my mom likes Edibles for her pains she experiences. The staff is always friendly and kind. They always specials going on. It's hard to try to practice social distancing as this location is so small. They take CASH only! So come prepared with your ID ready. This location can get busy FAST best times to come to avoid lines are when they open or before noon or mid afternoon. Overall the dude loves coming here. If you are looking for something in particular I recommend to call a head as the drive from Clovis is about an hour. This location is always stocked up compared to the Farmersville location. Then, another charge for item purchased, but it shows as an ATM cash withdrawal, again in Long Beach. I was about to call my bank to get the card stopped! Fortunately I looked up the address on the charge and it was Haven. I don't know why they use another store's address, or post it as a cash withdrawal..very confusing and concerning. It also ticks me off for $2 fee for using a debit card. What's the reason for the card fee? Seriously, this is not a little mom&pop business. They have a highly technical system. To me it feels like they are doing something hinky, and they make you think you're getting freebies but you're paying for it with those fees. The store is fine and the employees are nice, but Haven needs to be honest about those fees. And they should at least tell people in advance there's a card fee. Yes it's only $2 but the idea behind it is not nice.
