The dude and I came to Valley Pure on Saturday 5/09/20. The dude and I have been to this location about 3 times and I always forget to take pictures. Honestly this is my favorite location compared to the Farmersville location as the Woodlake location gives out FREE cookies! They are drug free cookies that's delicious! The Snickerdoodle cookies are bomb! They are made from the next door coffee shop called "Munchies" which I really want yo get a dozen but due to COVID-19 their hours are different and not been able to gjve them business. Anywho if you come in from Valley Pure you get a nice discount. So I prefer this location as my dude and I can come in as a couple. The Farmersville location breaks you up. Since I don't make a purchase I just tag a long and observe as my dude does his thing. I usually talk to the staff as my mom likes Edibles for her pains she experiences. The staff is always friendly and kind. They always specials going on. It's hard to try to practice social distancing as this location is so small. They take CASH only! So come prepared with your ID ready. This location can get busy FAST best times to come to avoid lines are when they open or before noon or mid afternoon. Overall the dude loves coming here. If you are looking for something in particular I recommend to call a head as the drive from Clovis is about an hour. This location is always stocked up compared to the Farmersville location. You will have a pleasant experience and make sure you grab some cookies too!!!! read more

I've visited Valley Pure with friends several times over the past year or so, and am really impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. When you enter, there is a waiting room and a security guard at a counter that checks you in. You must show ID and they enter you/your info in their system. I was a little hesitant about this but they say they don't share your info and I figured our info is in so many other places, so what the heck. There is a locked door across from where you enter the facility. They only allow a certain number of people "inside." The guard keeps track of how many people are inside and buzz you in as there is capacity. I want to note that each visit, the guard was friendly and helpful with whatever questions she could answer, and advised us of promotions and discounts. When you get inside, it can be kind of intimidating because there are so many products and the vibe is bustling, I felt like I should know what I want. We found out quickly that there aren't as many products as they appear; there are duplicates in the cases so you don't have to wander the room looking at a bunch of items. So, a "heavy" user might be disappointed that there isn't more products. Anyway, once you get someone to help you, they are actually helpful and don't pressure or rush you. My friends had lots of questions and the workers were patient each time. I can't say much for the quality of products because I only ever bought some drops that help you sleep and that was only one time. The drops were very helpful to get me to sleep - can't remember now why I was having trouble falling asleep but I never needed them again. After the Famersville location refused to let my girlfriend and I shop together, we came here. The woodland location is clean and beautiful. The employees are wonderful and treated us with respect and courtesy. They helped us find what we were looking for and we got out of there for $40 less than expected. I raced when I got off of work to be here before they closed and made it minutes to spare. I was there at 4:27 on Sunday only to be turned away!!!!! I begged and told them how far I drove just to get some pain relief. 45 min all the way from Lemoore and still they refused to take a paying customer. I would have been so fast. In and out. How rude!!!!! If you are gonna close at 4:27 advertise it!!! Stick to your word!!!! Have integrity!!! Be kind!!! ***Update*** I went and got my rec just so I don't ever have to come here again!!! I've been here a couple times. The product is alright, a bit on the pricey side, but alright. The weedtenders dont know anything about the product, where it came from, how it's packaged, etc. I asked one time how the flowers were and the guy working there said, "I don't know, I don't smoke." This last time I asked who packages the product and the lady said, "some are in bags and some are in jars." I'm ready for more choices!! This place is disappointing. read more

This is the first time I've been here. Not gonna lie, I hate that they have to make a copy of your drivers license and store it. :-( It was amazing how many products there are. It's been decades since I even cared about this stuff and was here mostly for my visitors from back east. I was told they would counsel me and answer my questions. They did that to some degree, but the guy got tired of me pretty quick. Prices were extremely high. Got some lozenges and mixed it up with Sativa and Indica but they weren't labeled so when I got home we couldn't tell which we're were which. read more

Online ordering at every one of the locations is absolute BS. Every time I order I receive an email saying my order is ready to pick up. When I arrive they tell me they were out of something or all of my order. I was told that they called me, but haven't once received a call. I end up driving all the way there, about 40 miles round trip, and they just shrug at me. Fine. Can you suggest another strain with X parent? No. No one knows anything about anything. They'll suggest some random things for you, reading it off the label with no clue about the strain or effect. Had I written this review a few months back it wouldn't have been as bad. Product is decent at expected prices and they delivered. However, since they are the ONLY recreational dispensary for well over a hundred miles , I've had no choice but to shop with them and now have a much different view. There are many things wrong here and since Valley Pure is opening 25 new stores in the valley, I fear it will continue as we become hostage to their business practices. Customer service is non existent with at least 50% of the staff. Most of the time I have to keep them on track as to what I'm looking for. They just through product on the counter, waiting for me to sift through even though I'd asked specific questions. Frustrating. Then there is the whole issue around them making tons of money from us yet because its not like other retail stores the customer service is zip. They don't have to. Defective product. Your problem. Price online less then store? Your problem. My "problems" are becoming wasted money at Valley Pure. I may have to breakdown and get a medical card. I get anxiety when I go in fearing ill get one of the real cranky ones. A manager I believe. Competition keeps things a bit more balanced and much better for consumer. Have had horrible experiences at both locations now. Token Farms definitely has superb customer service compared to Valley pure. On numerous occasions the employee's have been rude and are too concerned about what's going on around them. Even the new location in Farmersville was horrible. Beautiful store and great products, but beyond that people have bad attitudes and come off rude. They are also notorious for grabbing you the wrong product after already verifying which product you want to the employee, which is upsetting because we typically open the bag in the car or when we get home. read more

Friend of mine brought me some Edibles because I am going through chemo and I'm having a lot of anxiety and pain in my body, so I thought I would try this. Actually it's been 100% a good decision to do this. I've been doing it for about 3 to 4 months. It's the day before chemo and I wanted to go there and just get out of the house with one of my children. So we went to the Woodlake store. Walked in they scanned our drivers license because we had Never been there before. We were greeted very nicely as we walked in. Store is very clean in there and that's important because I haven't been anywhere but the cancer center and due to COVID-19 I don't do anything else !! So with Mask on , and I was excited to be out on a Sunday. So we were greeted by Weston , he was behind the counter and he helped me immensely with the product that I knew I wanted and all the other products that I was interested about, he explained everything and was very nice he didn't push it down my throat because I hate that and he introduced some new product which I bought and I bought what I came for and I will definitely go back because of how nice it was to go there and how nice Weston was to us read more

I desperately wanted to like these guys as they are the only rec shop within 100 miles of me. However they clearly realize this monopoly and are taking advantage of it. Their prices are absolutely atrocious at 60.00$ an eighth, that is ridiculous and highway robbery. I moved down from Oregon where dispensaries had ALL eighths under 40$ with most under 30$, and they all had larger weights for sale in order to get a price break for being a valued customer. Valley pure has no desire to see long term customers. Their prices are worse than I paid in high school, and selection is minuscule. In Southern California they sell oz's all day for 120$!!!! Just two weeks ago I got a half ounce in Sacramento of amazing pot for 75$. You would think they would want your business. Once recreational cannabis was legalized, I really wanted to support them because I think the medical cannabis recommendation industry is a total racket and should not be supported in principal, if you have other options. But I've had it with this place. I've been going there pretty regularly more or less since they opened and I'm done. They treat their customers like they're doing them a favor by selling them weed. First, they close 15-30 minutes before their posted closing times. Second, they are dishonest about or otherwise don't honor advertised specials "We're out of this product at that price." Seriously? WTF? Then, the other day, I was denied entry because I tried to use my recently expired CA DL along with my temporary license from the DMV. It was their position that I needed to have a temporary license with a photo, which is a thing that doesn't even exist, to the best of my knowledge. I asked two DMV employees and they had no idea about temporary licenses with photos on them. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came out, he was immediately completely adversarial. He said it was the BCC's rule and not his, even though he didn't seem to know what the BCC (Bureau of Cannabis Control) actually was. I asked how could my temporary license be legal for the police in a traffic stop but not sufficient for entry into a recreational dispensary? He had no answer. He seemed more interested winning the argument and denying me entry than he was in letting me in and taking my money. He didn't even bother to point out that I could use another form of ID like a passport. So I left. I went home and literally got a new medical recommendation just so I won't have to go to this place any more. You, the consumer, have other options. My advice: stay away from Valley Pure! ============ NOTE: I later contacted the BCC and asked about the rule governing entry into recreational dispensaries and they directed me to Section 5404 of the Regulations of the Bureau of Cannabis Control, which is a California State Agency. https://bcc.ca.gov/law_regs/cannabis_order_of_adoption.pdf Section 5404 states: (a) A licensed retailer shall only sell adult-use cannabis goods to individuals who are at least 21 years of age after confirming the customer's age and identity by inspecting a valid formof identification provided by the customer as required by subsection (c) of this section.
