Used to shop here....no more. I went in on the 31st to buy my supplies. Looked at the specials. My edible brand, Nano, would be on special, buy 2 get 2 on the 3rd according the the plactic coverered special flyers on the counter. I looked at the board on the wall and it said the Nano sale was the 2nd. I ask the lady at the counter and she tolsd me the 3rd. I pointed out that the markee said the 2nd, nand she no its the 3rd...and they would problably do the special anyway. So I didn't buy my supplies. Extremely concerned about delivery service to Visalia...this was the first time we used it (today 6-7pm). Wondered about the young fellow driving the vehicle. First besides being late it took him 9 minutes to get from it to the front porch. Staggered the whole time, not looking where he was going, scrolling on his phone the entire time. Never looked up, no eye contact. Same going back to his car. Afflicted with a disability, or ...otherwise impaired? TF and the DMV need to make sure to retest him for both driving and cognitive skills. Btw I always preferred the place next door, but they're always out of our product. read more

Everyone should check your receipt I was over charged, even with receipt within the 7 day period and untampered product, return was still refused management was aggressive threatened to call the police on me even with valid reciept. Not customer focused, but profit focused. Vendors should beware The common ground would be: * Management that is able to professionally resolve issues without losing temper. * Instead of threatening customers when presented with receipts and product, honor the deals. * Properly training associates to understand/how to implement the weekly deals. * Actually give the advertised prices to customers. * Stop selling open and tampered products * Owners who are able to accept responsibility, fix the wrongs and grow trust within in the community. read more

Shop did not honor Black Friday deal for Honey Leaf's " Buy a Honey Leaf 1 gram Vape get a Honey Leaf 1 gram Vape for $1. Buy a Honey Leaf 3.5 flower get a 1 gram Pre Roll for $2. " deal. Spent more time arguing that it only applied to Live Resin products then when another rep was called over, he stated that they didn't have any Honey Leaf 1g vapes we're in stock even tho the first rep had both I had ordered in hand. Suddenly there's a "only as supplies last" or "that's not the Black Friday version of the 1g" both of which has no verbiage anywhere on the deal detail, rsvp, or anywhere else. The deal list they had in store did not match the deals online at all. If you cannot honor your deals or make false claims then remove them or be more clear in the ad's. I'll look to other dispensaries going forward, it's one thing to misrepresent a sale/deal versus blantanly lying and arguing with customers. read more

Such an A wonderful experience! From the moment you pull in the security guard is super nice! Staff is also friendly, attentive and helpful! I had placed an online order and was in and out fast! The only problem I see so far is the prices are a little high, but I mean look what you're buying! So it equals out. The inside is very nice! But kinda small so don't expect more than 5 people or less, other than that it would be too crowded. They do have an ATM on site! BUYERS BEWARE! I've only bought from these guys 3 times - 1st time I didn't look at the actual vs listed THC levels. 2nd time, I noticed WHEN I GOT HOME because they just give you a closed brown bag with your on-line order, that the joints I bought that said high 19% THC on line, was actually a low 16% on the package! I NEVER smoke less than 20%, so was very aware of the only 19% THC when I ordered them. I wouldn't have purchased 16%THC pot! Cut to my 3rd purchase...I ordered (3) 1/8 jars that said high 26% THC on line. When I picked up the bag? Jars said low 23% THC on the bottles!!! WTF!!!! When I asked how that could be, the sales girl said it could be a new batch...really? A batch of bullsh*t!! Is that even legal??? I got my money back and WENT SOMEPLACE ELSE! read more

It's unfortunate that this establishment is so poorly operated. I came to town to visit family and ordered from this place. I placed my order in and it told me it was ready to be picked up. I drove all the way over and had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Coming from San Francisco I was very disappointed. It's was 100 degrees and they had their customers standing in the heat with zero efficiency. Their system of ordering online/curbside pickup is horrible. Not to mention the flower is over priced. Surreal...grossly unprofessional. I have no idea what happened between the first time I went there, and the second and third. It was like night and day, with a turn for the disastrous. If only they'd explain why the "security" slob has to play nasty rap records at the volume of a concert venue, worse yet the din continues when you walk INTO the lobby. It was stuck on the word "ffffffuck." It wouldn't stop. Eight young women were sitting on the benches, waiting to get in. They all looked cowed...scared...none looked like they'd dare complain. But I did--to the screener. (She called the noise as HIP-HOP. Lollllll!) As soon as the security boob heard about my suggestion they turn it down, he turned it up even louder as I left. Why are they doing this? To attract the ghetto crowd before they'd drive a few yards down the road to the next dispensary? They're located at the bottom of a grade, so the building is easy to miss. But how on earth would "security" even hear what's going on if a customer were to have an accident there ...and cried out for help? Whatever the reason, they apparently don't realize (or care) that vets come in and buy items for MEDICAL purposes--e.g. chronic pain, PTSD. Anxiety, depression. Cancer patients buy these products...then there are people like me who will buy small amounts of edibles for chronic inflammation. For now this outfit is the only one in the county that carries what I need--but I'm doing everything in my power to find an alternate source. Btw I think "Kobe," a budtender, is new. I haven't seen him before. Can't ever seem to find my phone order. Then while he's ringing up the sale, he pretends like the customer isn't even there. ...instead, carries on a screaming-loud conversation with a couple of his favorite pals. "Immature" doesn't even begin to describe him. Scared of women? Feeling too good because he's high? So no more tips for YOU, clown. I was visiting for the weekend for my girl and decided to stop by a dispensary and pick up a couple things. security was super nice and so was the lady who checked me in. But as soon as I stepped in it was a whole different energy. The place was small with not a lot of walk room. A girl started walking behind me to follow me because I guess that's how to select the things that you want. Her name was marissa. She had no patience. Swore like I was taking forever and when I made my second pick she said "are you done" in a rude way so I figured I would just end it right there. One of my new favorite places to get edibles. They are much cheaper than valley pure which I was going to in woodlake and the edibles here do not taste like weed. I went in my first time and found edibles I got in la that were overpriced but were much cheaper at token farms. The staff was very friendly and the wait time didn't take long to get in there.
