Employee named Brooke at the counter is rude, grumpy and lackadaisical. Never a smile, which is not good when working with the public. Knows little about bowling. Also not good if you work at a bowling alley. A worker should know their product. read more

Let me start by saying the only reasons we stayed here is because we drove up here, waited an hour to get in, and it's too late to go to Murfreesboro. The older man with the glasses and mustache who manages here is extremely rude. He yelled at us when we came back in at the time he originally told us to, then proceeded to complain that he needed to clean up from the middle schools party that we, paying customers, had nothing to do with after I informed him we came back in at the time he originally told us to. Several other customers reported to me they had the exact same experience tonight. We paid $50 for very rude service for an already stressful wait to get in. The unprofessionalism in this establishment is absolutely ridiculous. Piss poor, Tullahoma Lanes. Absolutely piss poor. We will not be back until you clean up your staff. The size 6shoe I had smelled really bad. We got there right when it opened. There were ONLY 2 groups bowling & we were placed right next to each other. The other group agreed that we should be spaced out. The worker did NOT look happy to accommodate us but did. Enter group number three. Yup, placed between the two groups. This was a good choice to do. Decent food, customer service, but not the cleanest od facilities.

Went to this establishment last night with a group of friends. We arrived at 5:30 and was told it would be first come first served. A league was bowling there as well. They took up 10 lanes but were only bowling on half of them. We were first told that the other lanes were reserved for another group ( so much for first come first served), an hour later we were told we couldn't use any of the unused lanes until the league was done in case a ball goes into another lane. Finally we were told that the league paid for all ten lanes and we had to wait until they were done. At 7:30 we finally got two lanes. Then one of our lanes repeatedly broke down requiring the managers to go behind the lane to fix. Of the four games we paid for, we didn't get to finish our third. We were refunded the fourth game. Terrible service from the manager. I don't recommend this venue. read more

Hadn't been anywhere with our family in a few years.We decided to pick this place for two hours of fun, wrong!!!! i Will start by saying the older lady with short black hair has no clue what friendly customer service is she was rude out of the gate!But we didn't let that stop us from paying and starting our two hours we paid for.we were enjoying our game when about 30 minutes into it they said we have to move you due to bowling league then shut it down right in middle of our game. We were moved five lanes down which was fine but it messed up our game and they just stood there like they were to busy to help.My husband told them we needed help they act like they were on phone.He stood there they ignore him with smug looks like we were less of customers than the leagues so after all the rudeness my husband ask for one of our hours refunded.we paid over 50 dollars only got to play for maybe 30 minute.nice little place and would have enjoyed it but employees ruin our whole experience never again will we visit here we will make an hour drive to Murfreesboro.If you don't like friendly family folks maybe you shouldn't work at a place like this establishment find an at home job!!!! read more

People laugh when you tell them you got lunch at the bowling alley but it really is a well kept secret in town. It is like an old fashioned short order grill. The food is good and greasy just like you remember diners being when you were a kid. Amazing choice of stuff to eat there too for a little grill area. Don't knock it! Try it! read more

A group of friends and I wanted to enjoy an exquisite night of bowling, as we are not your amateur bowlers. On the fifth frame, my friend bowled and knocked down 6 pins. The pins were reset, and the screen said please resume bowling. My friend did as it said and bowled again. All of a sudden, an angry man in a red shirt came running out yelling at my friend to leave. He shouted angrily and was very malicious in his intent. We explained to the manager that we had no intent to be disruptive, and the man continued to angrily scream and proceed to kick all of us out. This bowling alley is a disgrace to the sport and should never receive money to let people bowl. The machinery always breaks, and the staff was very rude as we nicely tried to explain the situation. I warn anyone who reads this to not go to this bowling alley as the staff can't even simply get your name right when ordering food. This place should be shut down immediately! Had a family member in from out of town. Weather was really crappy,so all the kids wanting to go bowling. I have been to this bowling ally many times in the past 20 years. I have always had good service and time. Well after last night I will drive to Murfreesboro or Chattanooga or anywhere else. We got our lane got set up and drink. The kids where very excised to play. We asked for a 6 pound ball and was told that we could not get one that they were for little kids. So We started and the second time my youngest daughter was able to bowl she did not wait for the sweep to go back up and her ball hit it. So the young worker guy came and got her ball. We laughed it off. So then we asked if we could get the bumpers put up and we were told those were for the little kids as well. Later on in our bowling my youngest daughter hit the sweep again. The young gentleman came out and got her ball and put it back and told us that if it happened again he was going to have to kick us out. So I asked to speak with the manager. Went and spoke with her and she was just as rude as he was. All she would say was he was doing his job. My youngest daughter is 12 years old and has been bowling a total of maybe 3 or 4 times. At the end of her her of bowling her score was a 17. I think she would've had a lot more fun if the bumpers were up and she could've kept the ball out of the gutter. Just remember if you go to this bowling alley if you do not have a child under the age of 10 you cannot use bumpers or a 6 pound ball. I was also informed that the lady sitting next to us that had a little four-year-old playing that she was not allowed to play with her 4 year-old because he had the bumpers up so she was not allowed to play with him she had to get on her own lane. Not for sure if this business is under new management or not but their customer service really sucks. We were not going to let them ruin our night visiting with family so we just went and spent our money somewhere else. Not much to do intullahoma but anything is better than giving my money to them. Would not recommend this business to anybody. read more
