Tcc is a great college to start before going to a 4 year college. It is also cheap and has many great professors.

Its vision is to break the cycle of poverty. Their two-generation approach combines high quality education with innovative family services and resources. They offer programs to parents that increase their skills, employability and earning potential. CAP is nationally recognized as a model for this method. CAP is one of the largest anti-poverty agencies in Oklahoma. They believe every family and child deserves the same opportunity for success. They accomplish this by empowering low-income families with education, tools, support and guidance they need to break the cycle of poverty. As an employer, The Nonprofit Times named CAP as one of the "Best Places to Work" in 2016. This is the second consecutive year it has made the list. It ranked 19 overall and 3rd in the list of Large Nonprofits. I have worked here for half a year and I absolutely love it. The leadership is inspiring and receptive, the work environment is the best I've ever had and the actual services we provide are invaluable in our community.

They called my name within 5 mins and took my documents and interviewed me. I was in and out of there within an hour. They even have little computer workstations for the kids to use so they are bored during the interview. There is a waiting list bc of limited space, but they are enrolling throughout the entire year. You can enroll your children from ages 6 weeks to 5 years and it has no cost to you!

OSU-Tulsa ROCKS! It helps you get THERE from HERE. I love how vague their motto is yet how…read moreapplicable it is to many Tulsan students. I am a graduate student here and the staff I have dealt with have been nothing short of exceptional: super helpful, always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Now, I really wish you could understand what that means in my case specifically, being an international student. There is a lot of "red tape" and special processes for everything from registering for classes to applying for legal permits (fun stuff like that). I have had an amazing experience so far at OSU thanks to the wonderful employees and professors here. Shout out to the Graduate Student Services office! Aaron, Thomas, Sarah, Stacey, Trey, and Shy. You guys are the best! They have definitely seen way more of myself than they ever should and yet they always have a smile on their faces and are ready to help me out. They are miracle-workers! Shout out to the very helpful info-desk as well! Michelle and Seth have been lifesavers with all the tidbits of information they so openly share. Now on to the education stuff...Students at this campus are a different demographic, especially graduate students: mostly older, with families and usually professionals working full time. For such students, it's really helpful to have a flexible class schedule with evening classes available. Also, professors seem to appreciate professional experience and don't bother with busy-work. The assignments given are truly meaningful in the learning process. Professors are also great. Their value is ridiculous. I've been so impressed by their resumes and having them available here is mind-blowing. Class sizes are relatively small, so you get a lot of attention and they truly care about their student's success. Even those that haven't directly taught you in class are willing to serve on your thesis committee! (thank you Dr. Shreffler & Dr. Fullerton!) I've seriously been very lucky with my advisor (Dr. Raj Basu is the best!). I've been able to see first-hand the commitment there is to students achieving their goals (ultimately graduation!). Even the Bursar Office is extremely nice and friendly (if you've had to deal with registrar issues of sorts you know how rare this is). I've never met staff that bends over backwards for you like they do here. Even those that are in the Stillwater campus help you through the phone! So...if you're thinking about going to school, seriously consider OSU-Tulsa. It's as good as it gets!

You can also catch the Big Orange Bus (BOB) to Stillwater. oSu-Tulsa also has a great program with TCC which allows students to start there and transfer to either Oklahoma State campus for the remaining upper division credits. As a graduate of oSu and employee of oSu's Center for Health Sciences, I am biased...but I can say my experiences working with oSu-Tulsa staff has been great. Whether you want to pursue a degree or just take a class to get your feet wet, I recommend you visit the campus to check it out.

I am leaving this review because I believe potential clients, employees, and contractors deserve to understand how this business operates behind the scenes. What was most concerning was the disconnect between the image this agency presents publicly and my actual experience working with the company. The agency presents itself as a luxury matchmaking service serving high-end clientele, but my experience behind the scenes did not reflect the level of professionalism, organization, and financial responsibility I would expect from a business operating at that level. A company that positions itself as premium should also be able to maintain basic business standards, including honoring financial commitments. After completing work that was requested and approved, I was repeatedly paid 3-4 weeks late and eventually stopped receiving payments altogether. I had to repeatedly follow up and ask to be compensated for work I had already completed. On multiple occasions, I explained that the delays were affecting me financially, but my concerns were never properly addressed. Instead, my messages were either ignored or I was told she was "waiting for money to come in." Eventually, Leslie agreed to a payment plan to resolve the outstanding balance. However, she has since failed to follow through with that agreement, stopped responding to my emails, and has not completed the payments she committed to making. Beyond the payment issues, the working relationship itself was extremely difficult. Leslie frequently changed directions after work had already been completed. She would request something, I would complete the work, and then she would change her mind and ask for it to be undone or completely revised. This repeated pattern created unnecessary stress, wasted time, and made it difficult to complete projects efficiently. A company's professionalism is reflected not only in how it presents itself to clients but also in how it treats the people who help operate the business. Paying contractors on time, honoring agreements, communicating clearly, and respecting the work of others are basic expectations of any successful organization. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with Leslie in any capacity.
