When I mentioned conversation to PA she (fully masked) basically acted defeated by nurses comments - almost a "it's hard to get good help" vibe. Would I come back? Instead of going to a terrible emergency room with a broken foot, they gave come here. An elderly couple in obvious respiratory distress were turned away and told to come back at 4 pm ( 6 hours later). This is state of the art Health Care in Tulsa Oklahoma . Be prepared to wait for hours, and be treated insensitively to robotically by the overwhelmed staff- it's not their fault. the staff no longer has the capacity to care. When the doctor finally was able to see me (2 hours 15 minutes later) she was awesome!!!! We got straight to what was ailing me and she handled everything- in depth examination, diagnosis, prescriptions, paperwork. If you can get past the "gatekeepers" and can live through the long wait.

We then got sat in a room and waited until 1:30pm for the nurse practitioner to finally see my boyfriend. She was in the room till 1:38pm, left to get paper work, and we did not get the paper work back so that we could leave until 1:45pm. I get they are most likely understaffed but you should not take appointments if you can not see the patient when scheduled. Not to mention, when I walked out of the room to go to the bathroom there was three people working just sitting down gossiping and eating. It is absolutely ridiculous especially when most of the staff was not very friendly at all. Our healthcare system just keeps going downhill.

Just take vitamin B, C and Zinc. And if your head is about to explode, take Tylenol and wait it out. I wish her the worst symptoms of COVID every day this year and beyond. Horrible PA. Avoid!

My regular doctor, of course, only works half a day on Friday (I love her anyway) so there was no chance of getting in. I had never before visited an urgent care and was referred here by colleagues at OSU's medical school. Turns out it's staffed and owned by some doctors who are OSU-COM grads. In any event, it is not true that nothing can be done for food poisoning. Mine turned out to be bacterial, so if I had held out any longer, I might have ended up in the hospital. While they could not prescribe me anything for certain unpleasant aspects of my condition, they did give me an anti-nausea medicine which immediately returned some of my will to live. When one has any kind of food poisoning, it is true that things have to *ahem* run their course. But just having something to ease the nausea can immediately improve one's outlook on life. Needless to say, I left with a favorable impression of the place. I have been back for a dog bite and multiple upper respiratory infections since and always had a good experience. The wait is usually not crazy and the staff, doctors, and nurses are knowledgeable and friendly. I continue to be amazed that one can lurch into a facility feeling like death and by evening or the next day feel human again. The miracles of modern medicine!

When I express my concern that what was removed is much smaller than what I've been feeling for the last decade, I was dismissed. I debated for a couple months whether or not to complain, so I decide to do and go in to speak to the medical manager of the person that did the surgery. Once again, I was essentially blown off by the medical manager for the PA, after I pay my copay. Interestingly, after I complained, they turned my account over for collection, within a week, even though I'd been paying them. I will choose ANY dermatology clinic over this one. They truly don't care about their patients. They have to be better than Matthew Dohlman and Dr. Robinowitz.

I've come to really love Access, because there's one close by to anywhere I'm at and they have all my information. I also have the app on my phone, so I can check in early, before I even get there, and it cuts down on wait time in the lobby. There's also the option to have a virtual visit if I'm unable to leave the house (this does happen). The last time I was there, I asked for a steroid shot for inflammation and they did a Covid test just in case I was sick and it was a good thing they did because I had Covid! If I had gone anywhere else they probably would've given me the shot. They take good care of me!

Each time, I feel, the level of care has been very high. It's a stressful situation when you or a loved one isn't feeling well. I may be a bit more forgiving because we've been to so many hospitals over the years. If I was needing to stay in a hospital or needing diagnostic work, I would request this place. I do live over an hour away, that's how impressed I am with them.

After surgery, I was admitted to the 5th floor for an overnight stay. The nurse at night didn't…read morehave alcohol swabs or flushes when giving IV meds. She used a curos cap on the port before connecting the med. The day nurse popped all my meds in a cup and couldn't tell me what they were. I had to pull out my night meds and thyroid meds as you shouldn't take Levothyroxin with food. Med reconciliation did not happen. I could not get up unassisted and walk to the bathroom and no one helped except one tech at night. I could not void due to urinary retention and they did nothing for it, not even a bladder scan. I was discharged with very little education and with my bio button still on. The hospital is in poor condition and dirty. Prior to surgery, I used the bathroom in pre-op and there was urine on the floor.
