Cody's Country Catering (the Yelp header says Country Catering but Cody's has been part of the name for as long as I remember), also does weddings, family reunions, business meetings and other events and has luncheon menus in addition to dinner fare. Later when they were putting this stuff away, they were putting the chips back in the bag with no gloves on, how unsanitary All I can think of is they were going to use the chips again otherwise they would've thrown them away after somebody touched them with their hands very disgusting not even allowed in the food business. The salad seemed like package, chopped up lettuce lot of iceberg with there small bowls of dressing. Nothing really special added no tomato, cucumbers, olives, anything. Garlic bread was served in foil wrap very greasy . lukewarm barbecue chicken no sauce on it had to add it on the side sauce was cold , then the topper was some sort of cut of beef maybe a London broil, but it either was cut on the wrong grain. It was about a half inch thick it was cooked medium to medium rare, . But it was the toughest piece of meat. I was trying to cut it, and the fork broke and the knife broke The person next to me couldn't cut it either. they were saying I should. I pick it up with my hand naw it. I would be embarrassed if I was the catering company putting out this kind of food. If you're gonna put that cut of meat out, keep it whole have someone there carving it. Cutting thin slice it on the right grain so that people can eat it.The macaroni and cheese was like glorified Velveeta cheese flat in flavor they served it with a big soup scoop instead of a a normal serving spoon it all lopped up into the spoon had to tap it against the table to get it out. No seasoning very disappointing. The Server at one point seemed to be very mad cleaning up. She was rushing and pounding things against the table one of the guest said that someone should go over to her and tell her to cool it because it was very distracting. Very embarrassing representation of a company. Feel bad for the bride and groom that had to pay for this. . A writing this because sometimes owners don't see what direction their business is going in and how their staff represent them. So I hope you take this with consideration of the honest feedback.
