I don't know how anyone can walk in and be the only person ordering food... and yet still not get any service. they just kept cleaning around and even looked at me, then went to back to cleaning. I really liked this franchise the 2nd time around. Had it in San Diego and was under impressed but my husband requested this. He had the Italian sub which he said was delicious. I had the #13 (?) which is the ham, salami and cheese. It was super delicious I ate the whole thing which is unusual for me. I would definitely go back there. We frequent a Jersey Mike's back home in Kentucky and this place is on par with ours. The only difference was the sweet tea, which wasn't as sweet as ours and that really isn't a bad thing. I read an article the other day about how the Subway franchise is struggling, losing market share to their competitors like Jersey Mikes. During the last two weeks I had a sub from Subway and yesterday from Jersey Mikes. If Subway wants to know why their profits are down they should do this simple experiment. Go to any Subway and buy an Italian sub. Go to Jersey Mike's a buy an Italian sub. Compare the two. Now you know why your sales are down. Great job Jersey Mikes! Went in on Sunday, Mar 21st and it took forever to order because there were lots of call in orders and it seems those take priority over the in person orders. Also, they were training someone which took another employee away from placing orders and then the person finishing the sandwiches had to also run the register. read more

Just tried to order a cheese steak at 7:50 and the worker said unless I'm in the door in five minutes I can't order a cheese steak to pick up. Jersey Mikes on Century drive is horrible. The service is bad. I have ordered a number different sandwiches in person and via doordash and it is never what I ordered. Luckily, if in person and I can correct it. If via delivery there is no recourse. The place is not a real deli. Its too bad. Bend needs a good deli and this isn't it. read more

Really really good food! Ordered online and saw that this location is .6 miles closer than the Emerson location. No brainer right even if I've had excellent service at Emerson location. I can buy the whole "did you order online? Those orders just came in" excuse. I lived NJ for forty years, 5 miles from Point Pleasant...home of Jersey Mike's. JM was always the place to go for an excellent and consistent sub. This franchise was no different than any of the other JM's. Logan was extremely friendly and his staff were well trained. I was only in Bend for a few days but managed to go to this location twice. Love Jersey Mike's!! Great service, fresh product, always delicious. One complaint, the recent switch to paper to sign for credit card transactions, versus no paper. I asked the staff why and was told it was because ONE customer complained about being forced to pass a tip screen before completing a transaction. So, we are going to kill a forest-full of trees because ONE customer doesn't know how to use the technology to bypass the tip screen and not tip?!!! Come on! Please go back to automated transactions which are easy to use, allow you tip of you want (or don't want to) and save some trees!!! The staff deserves those tips, BTW! I have been frequenting this location since they opened. I have likely been here at least 20 times. Not once in those 20 or so visits have I had a negative experience. The parking lot can be a challenge, but where in Bend is that not an issue? The restaurant is always very clean and I'm always welcomed when I enter. The menu is very easy to read with many choices. My kids usually get the meatball subs and seem to enjoy them. In the summer months I usually get the regular Italian sub Mikes way with CPR. They cut their own meat and it's always fresh. In the colder months the Philly cheesesteak is hard to beat. The meat is always lean and tastes wonderful. I have yet to find a better sub shop in Bend and we have tried half a dozen. The only thing I find strange is that there are more menu options that aren't listed on the menu in the store. Online you can see different subs and things not advertised. If you are looking for a sub that's super fresh and will leave you absolutely stuffed give Mikes a try. Thanks so much for your consistency and clean establishment! read more

This place is like Subway but pretty much better in all ways (and a tad more expensive). They slice the meat and cheese right there in front of you, and have all the same toppings that you would expect at a sub shop. Everything looked really clean, and the Philly that I ordered was one of the better I've had in awhile. Will definitely be back again. read more

Newest east coast sandwich chain to come to Bend. The service was good and friendly but unfortunately the sandwich was not as good as I expected from reading other reviews. I ordered the Italian. The bread was very dry (may have been over baked). There was more meat on the sandwich than you get at Jimmy johns (not hard to do), but not as much as other better sandwiches in town. The flavor was lacking, as the cold cuts were bland. The sandwich was pricey at $7.95 for a regular sandwich and over $10 with my drink and chips. read more
