This Tumi is located on first floor of Pioneer Place mall. It was super clean and organized. The store had excellent inventory of luggages, suitcases, travel bags, purses, wallets, and many other accessories products. They also had the special limited edition McLaren collection as well. The prices were consistent with their website. I was eyeing a phone case for a while that I found in this store. The friendly associate game me a fresh new one from the stock. I am personally not a luxury brand guy. I love quality merchandise, I'm just frugal. My wife and I received a Tumi bag as a gift and although it was beautiful, the style was just redundant for us. We went into the store hoping to exchange it for something we might have a greater need for, but without a receipt we knew that would be difficult. We we were greeted by Jake, the store manager. He was happy and personable and made us feel so welcomed. He was able to figure out the return without a single bit of red tape or concern of any kind. We found the PERFECT bag to replace our gift and had enough left over to get the coolest carabiner I've ever seen. Did I need a carabiner? NO! do I love my Carabiner? Best Tumi store I have been to in the western USA. Absolutely the best service and product. I could not be any happier. If you are a serious traveler,.. do yourself a favor. Nice store, one of the better ones. men's wallet selection pretty good, located right side, easily 10 different styles. Was debating on the passport style as it had more slots for cards so settled on the regular size b/c the passport not comfortable stuffing in your back pocket lol. Lady quite helpful, and allowed me to take my time while inspecting every nook and cranny. Even after making the decision to buy this one, she smartly let us shop around while she got the wallet ready lol. Just a few styles that actually had the NFC protection, so well worth the extra $50 when you think of identity theft. I've been a Tumi owner for about 5 years now. I own over 25 pieces of the Tumi collection. I recently purchased a brand new Tumi shell case. It was purchased, third-party, not directly from Tumi. So the TSA, integrated lock would not open for me. So I decided to call into our local Tumi store in downtown Portland. I spoke to an associate, over the phone, by the name of Katie. She was extremely kind and gave me a little tip on how to "reboot" so to speak, the TSA lock. Eureka!!!! It worked!!! Now, the reason why I'm so proud to give Katie such a high praise is because I've experienced some horrible customer service, from people, who were about to earn a commission from me. She wasn't selling me anything and she was very patient with me, walked me through it and offered me to bring it in for further assistance. I will buy all or most of my future Tumi pieces from Katie.
