Ironically, I called corporate and they said you can easily return things 30-60 day window via mail no issue. Went online, registered my return no problem. That is at least real customer service, offering options, explaining policies and trying to be helpful. Train your store employees this vs just saying no and your store management to lead by example, not by being rude to customers. Don't shop here. You've lost my business.

The merchandise falls into five style categories: soft & delicate, Boho chic, easy cool, elegant classic and modern sporty. The merchandise is good quality and the prices reflect this. Anthropologie is open Monday thru Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. There is plenty of parking available and bus 76 stops nearby. Still fashionable, like the leggings I got eons ago. Their fashions and the quality definitely do withstand the tests of time. I've not tried on their new running shoes as I am loyal to my Hoka brand shoes, but this store has a prominent display of Lululemon athletic sneakers and, if they're anything like the rest of their product line, I'm certain they're of high quality, and they will make sure they fit you properly. The only reason why I'm not giving this store 5 stars is because no-one greeted us or spoke one word to us while we were in the store, despite it not being too busy there when we visited. (Note: this is atypical of Lululemon stores in general. Usually they warmly greet visitors and ask if they can help find anything). I knew I'd had them awhile, (4 months) but decided to take them back to the store. Even if they wouldn't take them back, I wanted them to see the poor quality. They easily found my receipt with my phone number. The short story of it is that the manager took them back and gave me a store credit, which she said I HAD to use right then, today only. Ok. However, she seemed to find it necessary to admonish me and acted like I had done something wrong. Her words were "Technically, we should not be returning these" because it was past their 30-day return policy. She also decided to tell me she had the same pants and hers were in great shape atter 3 years. So- is she saying I damaged them or it's my fault? Is she saying I don't know how to properly launder my clothes? The tag said cold wash, tumble dry low, but I hung them to dry because I do that a lot anyway. I have many items from Athleta that are 5 or even 10 years old and still look great. I've spent money in this store for years and have rarely had to return anything. This manager was rude and should have said either that she couldn't honor the return, or be gracious about it. I don't need your lectures or you talking down to me.

He's an avid wood tuner and his work shop (the garage) gets mighty cold during winter. His latest love is the Duluth Fire Hose Fleece-lined Relaxed fit pants. The pants have a microfleece lining that is very warm yet surprisingly lightweight and the large, deep cargo pockets resist punctures from the tools he uses. The 100% cotton canvas repels stains and water as well. One note: they wash extremely well but are very heavy when wet and a wimp like me has to transfer them from the washer to the dryer. No complaints, just a warning. LOL His other current favorite are the flannel shirts. There's a whole collection of them ranging from relaxed fit to untucked to fleece-lined and they are all on sale right this very minute. The brick and mortar store has deals you can't get online and vise versa so it's always a good idea to check both options. Many have concerns about the area where the store is located. And, yes, there have been high crime issues associated with the Jantzen Beach shopping center and many of the stores surrounding Duluth Trading Company are in fact closing. Homelessness is rampant in this part of town but the store is safe to shop in and I would suggest just being more vigilant about your surroundings. It's the times we live in.

She was patient, friendly and conversed with us as if we were old friends. I really enjoyed that. I ended up getting the Brooklyn shoulder bag 28 in maple and I am obsessed! This bag truly had me in a chokehold from the moment I saw it. Dani even wrapped it in a beautiful black box that I unfortunately did not take a picture of because I was too excited to unbox when we got home. We were also able to order a matching wallet online with her as they were sold out in store and it was a very smooth process. All in all a wonderful experience shopping at this store. I will definitely be returning when we're back in the area again.
