Alliance Resume & Writing Service - Stand out with a professional resume writer

    Alliance Resume & Writing Service

I have been looking for a good resume writing service in the area and thought I'd have to drive to…read morethe city. What I found was more than great! Mary Jo from the initial phone call I made exceeded every one of my expectations. The entire process was done over the phone and email. I did a career change 14 years ago and wanted to get back into something between the two careers I've had. Mary Jo accomplished that so well that I am completely blown away! She had very interesting paperwork for me to fill out. I say interesting because one of the questions was: "What was my favorite color?". Let me tell you, this woman captured more than anyone that knows me personally ever could do. She summed it up on 2 pages with beautiful design and a touch of color. It still had some white space which means that the resume did not look crowded. Mary Jo has a very unique and rare gift of words. Communication with Mary Jo during resume writing process and her customer service are bar none. I am a very customer service oriented person and always pay attention to that aspect of any service I use. I received my finalized resume and cover letter in PDF and Word document and in that email was more "best practices", advice, repeating some of the information we covered in our phone calls as well as some useful links for job hunting. That was the best idea to put it all in one email so you don't have to look any further. If you're in the market of resume writing service look no further. You will not be disappointed.

I cannot give enough stars to MaryJo and her career help. Alliance is more than a resume writing…read moreservice, more like a career guiding service which is priceless. I can update my resume and call anytime for advice or a concern in how I think something needs to be worded specifically to my profession. I received multiple interviews immediately after applying for positions and could be more selective on acceptance of an offer. I will be a repeat client and urge others to use her service.

I have been completing surveys with Reckner for many years now and overall enjoy the experience…read more They conduct a number of studies in a large variety of industries, though primarily they focus on food and personal care products. To ensure I am not violating any of the agreements I sign when participating in a trial, I won't go into detail in terms of what products I have tested and there are some studies for the same type of product that I have assisted with several times. Studies can be in-person at their facility, or virtual and in some cases the product can be mailed to you directly and you answer the research questions through an email link. My biggest issue with Reckner has to do with the surveys they send via email to gauge interest and suitability for a study. It is not uncommon to answer two dozen demographic questions before getting screened out for not purchasing the right brand(s) or type(s) of products. Seems that the criteria for the study should be the initial questions asked to save the respondents time and energy. Other than that, it's a pretty solid organization to work with and I hope to keep getting invited to participate in studies.

Let me get the bad out of the way first:…read more I first learned of this place waaay back in 2003 when I went to a wedding expo downtown. I signed up on the spot and waited. And waited and waited and waited. I didn't get a phone call for a good 2 years! Then, miracle of miracles, I started getting phone calls, maybe one every 3 months. The problem was, I lived in an apartment, and the calls were to be guinea pigs for something to do with the plumbing or windows or the roof. They had my info and knew I lived in an apartment, but these were the kind of calls I would get. Finally, one day, I got a call about testing plastic bags. You would have thought that I was in a police interrogation: Do you use zipper bags? What kind? How often? What size? Do you use fold over bags? Freezer bags? I mean, it was crazy.....I felt like I had to really fight to get that first product test! It became really hit or miss after that first time, as to whether I qualified for the testing or not. The good: Now, here we are, 10 or so years later, and I have tested lots of stuff: storage bags, tissues, air fresheners, candles, flameless candles, bath soaps, chocolate, fish sticks, T.V. Dinners.... I don't get phone calls as much these days, because it seems they have finally decided to move most of their soliciting to the internet, and I don't answer the phone if they do call, thanks to the "interrogation". I get an email telling me very briefly what they are looking for and then I can follow a link and answer some questions, if I feel the study is appropriate for me. Some of the tests are at their facility in Oak Creek or sometimes at another off-site location and sometimes the tests are take home trials. You do get paid, once you complete the study, and the pay is anywhere from $20 to $200, in my experience, depending on what the study is for and the length of the study. They used to pay you in cash, but they have now switched to a prepaid Visa gift card. I don't know if your experience will be anything like mine, but you should be aware of what I've experienced, just in case you sign up and don't hear from them...you'll know you're not alone. 79/2014
