So much to drool over. So much!! I will have to save some for next year and spoil myself with some really neat finds. There are lots of different styles and types of things being sold. Things for children and adults. Unique items and antique items. Some true artisans making fabulous items. Expect to pay for them. There were original painted and sculpted pieces going for hundreds of dollars. And then little vintage tins for 50 cents. One range to another price wise. I loved some things that I wish I could have gotten. There were food trucks INSIDE the sports complex and coffee and popcorn and more. It was really fun for me, but I love looking at all the different and unique items. Everyone there seemed to enjoy it and were walking with bags!!! All a good sign that the venders did well. There was an Old Fashion candle I now wish I had bought. Can't stop thinking about the smell. Ahhhhhh! I plan to go again.

Held at the Franklin Sports Complex, the space is large and parking lot was full when we arrived just after 10am. There's a small entry fee, but it was well worth it to access all of these creative vendors in one space. With 150 vendors, it's impossible to list everything that's available but a short list might be: handmade soaps and candles, jewelry, paintings, postcards & magnets, upcycled wine bottle candles and glasses, repurposed metal and wood art, salvaged antiques, creative air plant displays, and much more. There's a good mix of vendors to please the young and old. My parents and I both found things to fit our tastes. There's plenty of Wisconsin love and local sports team products to check off anyone on your Christmas list. While we missed the consignment area in the front, there are hourly raffles that are free- so put your name in to win some of the objects on sale in the hall. There's a small amount of food offerings, which could be expanded! We didn't see that there were beer and Mimosas until we were leaving. That might have loosened our wallets! I asked the woman behind the counter if I could bring some of my clothing in for consignment. She was very snippy and told me she was "done for the day" this was 4pm. She said I should come back at 10am another day. She had some hair clips on the counter--I was looking for a certain one. I opened the clip and it fell apart in my hand! She watched me open the clip and saw it fall apart. Very discussed she took the clip and did something on her computer/register and threw it away. I looked around and found a Tommy Hilfiger sweater coat. I liked it but didn't want to purchase it because this woman was so rude. I bought it anyway. I will never come back to this store or recommend it to anyone else.This store is nothing special and certainly not worth your time. Instead go north a few miles to Rochester. The New To You consignment shop is wonderful and the women that work there helpful and very friendly. They take your clothing at any time of day and will either donate or give you any clothing they do not want. The shop has been in this location a long time and very organized.

I visited the location in the village of Mount Pleasant (near Racine, WI) to check out their 8-acre corn maze. The theme this year is the Loch Ness Monster, but I wouldn't let the theme influence you either way as it did not have a significant impact on the experience. The maze is divided up into different sections/quadrants that can easily be identified by different colored (blue, yellow, white, and green) strips running throughout the maze. The colors don't ruin the level of difficulty; they simply let you know that you are progressing into the next section and are really something of a safety measure. I moved at a relatively brisk pace and was unencumbered by small children. That said, it took me approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete, walking roughly three miles. I thought it was a neat experience, and it gave me a nice touch of nostalgia as I haven't done a corn maze since I was a kid. I recommend checking it out, but I think it would be challenging to do at night or with children requiring a stroller as the ground is obviously dirt and not even. *Also make sure to use the restroom prior to entering

Tons of items in great shape and beautifully displayed make it so easy to shop. I was in a couple of weeks ago and the summer decor was so cute. Today they were creating a pretty display of items in warm fall colors. The prices are super reasonable which I find so refreshing. There is no price gouging here! The staff is incredibly hospitable. I love chatting with them about all kinds of things. I always leave with a smile because of the sweet lady at the cash register. I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm in town.
