    Professional work?

Where do I even start. Tyler advertised a boat with pictures that didn't match boat. Please google 97 Regal 402. The boat is nothing like pics. The Arch was way on another side of the state. No prob, as a buyer, I'll go get that to speed up process. Advertised Pic has Arch on. 3 weeks later they perform a Rush job on Arch. This is what their installation looks like. I'll find a way to upload audio of his BS explanation. Such Professionals. Go elsewhere!!!

Centerpointe Yacht Services is a full service boat dealer and service center with a tendency to specialize in boats that are a bit larger than an inland lake runabout. We have been doing business with them since 2013 and couldn't be happier. We have purchased two new Regal express cruisers from this dealer and were treated fairly. The service department is top notch and always in high demand, sometimes you may have to wait a bit, but they are very thorough. Allison and Darin in the service department are a great team of efficiency and a breadth of knowledge. Mr. Duchow and the sales staff are very helpful to walk you through any new, used or brokerage boat transaction. With there help, we are living the boating lifestyle that we always wanted! They also have a limited number of seasonal slips for rent that are in a prime waterfront location. The slips can get a bit rough when there are moderate/strong east winds. The grounds are a bit gritty- it is a working boatyard after all, but the "yard crew" makes it a welcoming environment. Highly recommend his business!

Centerpointe has great people and service at a very reasonable price! We've used them for service and storage for the past 8 years.

What I got in return? Absolutely nothing. No onboarding, no coaching, no login info, no contract--nothing but access to the same free workshop content they give to the public. I requested a refund after realizing how many former clients had negative experiences. Stayly ignored me for weeks, then refused my refund with a generic excuse about "non-refundable deposits" that were never disclosed before payment. I never signed a contract and never received any actual services. Their customer service is dismissive at best and deceptive at worst. Their refusal to refund a deposit for a program I never used proves the bad reviews I read were spot-on. I'm filing a dispute with my bank and reporting them to the BBB and FTC. Learn from my mistake--stay far away.

They were kind enough to send me a refund, BUT AFTER, when i invested in their software program instead, (where you can find your own properties based on their research), they did their part in connecting with the landlord but pressured me into signing the contract FAST and paying a first months rent and security deposit - 3 months ahead of time when I DID NOT even see the place in person. I was skeptical about this but desperate to start an airbnb business so I signed it, thinking they had my best interest in mind. 3 months later comes, we enter the home and there's so many issues with it, gas leaks, pest infestations, brutally stained carpets, very dirty... etc. that was not shown on the listing. i contacted Stayly to seek guidance on what to do in this situation and they said "talk to the landlord", when i clearly told them before that the landlord was refusing to pay 14k in repairs to me since that's what we did to TRY TO MAKE IT LIVEABLE. Stayly and the owners, Inayah and Bryson have done fantastic for themselves- it seems, but this is not a good partnership or mentorship community. u dont need to pay for something like this, u can do it on your own with all the info out there on airbnb arbitrage. they havent helped with any of the legal issues of things and now I have taken my L of 50k down the drain after furnishing, paying rents, repairs, MOVING OUT, movers after 2 months of BS with the landlord and an attorney... etc for a 4b/3b home. Bryson and I did a zoom call about this, I was very stressed and the call was rushed, like he was just brushing it off like no big deal and not really trying to help me situate this.. when I have never done this before! And every time I've reached out since it's been "That sucks, I wish you the best!" or after multiple texts is unresponsive on how to deal with this. Like i just lost 50k bc they were unhelpful, and i think they're just like 'we provided u the resources, now ur on ur own' like no, this is a big deal, this is legal issues, money issues that u cant just throw someone naive into, without them knowing all the proper legalities of this business! I'm very disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

Camp Wandawega is a flawlessly re-created 1950′s summer camp. At $250 a night (plus a $60 airbnb…read moreservice fee), you can step back in time. Located in Elkhorn, WI about 90 minutes from where I currently live, on the way there, I drove by the place I used to camp as a kid and by towns I have met my parents in to go antiquing. Where many of the sites on the way were well-known to me, pulling into the camp site was familiar because it was like driving to the set of Moonrise Kingdom. Really, it was like plopping into any Wes Anderson movie. I could very clearly imagine children with their names emblazoned on sleeping bags and wooden tennis rackets being used as swords by campers. When I first arrived, I was early (although the reservation said there was a flexible check-in time). The cleaning lady was arriving in two hours, so I read outside for a while of (what would be) my cabin. The breeze was nice and my book was distracting, but then I started paying attention to a couple who were dipping their feet into the lake at the end of the dock while eating oranges AND drinking orange juice (?!?). That is commitment to Vitamin C, if I ever saw one. Once I moved past my internal giggle at the scurvy-free couple, I glanced at my phone and saw that time had slowed to a crawl. How can a morning at home go so fast and an hour at camp go so slowly? It is like that scene in The Jerk where he says the first day seemed like a week. Camp Wandawega is quite quiet, except for the crazy chipmunks. Sometimes, you can hear the muted, but distinctive click of the flagpole outside. Often, I caught myself looking to see if the crinkle of leaves or branch breaking was a person, but it was almost always a chipmunk (or, not to be out done, squirrels). If the chipmunks weren't there or if flags didn't move, I would have thought I was frozen by some witch's autumn spell. Overall, it seemed like it shouldn't all be there- the details. It felt like it all should have been swept away in a flood or be permanently planted in someone's dream, not surviving as well-preserved as it all is. There is no internet that I could connect to. I didn't need air conditioning or heat, but they are a window cooling unit and a floor heater respectively; nothing major to protect you from the elements. You are here to be (at least, a little) outside. There is a rope swing and open-air showers. There are old bikes and bird houses. The traditional camp colors of burnt red, forest green, and stark white are everywhere. Uneven stairs and rocky hills force your attention even while you walk casually around. The camp was at one point a brothel. Well, it was a speak easy, a distribution center for organized crime, a brothel, a lake resort and a church camp before the current owners bought it and renovated it to its current state. While at Camp Wandawega, what I felt was a constant pang of that very specific camp feeling. The anxiety before arriving your first time. The waiting of ONE MORE YEAR before your next camp experience always seeming like forever. The addiction in the autonomy and the freedom of no parents or siblings. You just being who you are. Someone good at archery. Someone who loves sitting on a dock. Someone who swings in a hammock. Someone who naps. Someone who hikes. While there, I got invited to a fire on the beach by one couple. At another point, a couple taking engagement photos came by to use the canoes. Untroubled people came and went. Some times a fish would come up to ripple the water in their hunger. The lily pads provided a little buffer from the reflection of the sun. There was the constant smell of a fire burning somewhere. What I recommend doing while at Camp Wandawega: -Eat PB&J. You can go into town for food, but why bother? -Sneak iced coffee or coffee grounds and a French press into the communal kitchen. -You don't really have to sneak, but sneaking around seems very camp-y. -Take a nap. Or several. -Read the books at the end of the bed (A Very Modest Cottage and Found, Free & Flea) by Tereasa Surratt. They will provide more information on the renovation of the property and the care of one of the cottages specifically. -Go on a walk around the whole site. You will find tipis (or teepees) and other fun finds. Just bring your hiking boots. -Canoe. (Language side note: canoe is a noun and a verb. English is so quirky.) -Sit with the liquor of your choice by a fire or just sit by the lake for a while. -Go on a bike ride. -Take pictures. You can't really take a bad one. During my time here, the bees were about. Flies and ants, too. Twice, a spider dropped down (seemingly from the sky) onto the book I was reading. Also, I am 99.9% sure there was a raccoon outside of my cabin door one night. Camp Wandawega is a natural and authentic place which makes it an ultimate place to reflect and assess. Yes, you have to constantly check your wine for bugs, but that is part of the magic of being fully present, isn't it?

Teepees, old Army tents, the old "dormitories," and small cabins. We were here for a wedding over the weekend (which is rare from what I hear), and the place was recently renovated (in the last 5-7 years or so). This is a very rustic place with a historical feel. From the moment I walked in, the lobby was overwhelmed with a heavy, Axe body spray-like scent--so strong it felt like walking through a middle school locker room. I assumed it was temporary and that my room would be a relief, but unfortunately, it was worse. The room smelled musty, like a house that hasn't been aired out in years. To make matters worse, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this level. Beyond that, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. For a boutique property, I expected a much higher standard, but the space felt worn and not well-maintained. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the towels were rough--far from the soft, high-end feel you'd expect. The most concerning part of my stay, though, was waking up at 1:45 AM struggling to breathe. It genuinely felt like a reaction to something in the room--possibly mold or poor air quality. I initially thought I was getting sick, but after spending a few hours away the next day, I felt completely normal again, which makes it hard to ignore the room as the cause. If you have any respiratory sensitivities, be cautious. I contacted the front desk to explain the situation and was told checking out early without being charged for another night wouldn't be an issue. I even offered to return around noon so they could turn the room, but was told not to worry since they weren't sold out. When I returned later that day, there was no note, and the staff refused to honor what I had been told, citing the late checkout time. While I understand policies, the inconsistency and lack of follow-through were frustrating. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, which didn't help the experience. The food was overpriced for the quality--my salad was warm, fries were room temperature, and clearly sat out too long. Dessert was equally disappointing; the lemon tart was buried under an excessive amount of powdered sugar, making it unpleasant to eat. It's honestly a sad day when I transferred to a basic airport hotel--Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport--and had a significantly better experience. The bed was more comfortable, the towels were actually soft, and even the shampoo and conditioner were noticeably better quality. On top of that, the Hyatt was spotless, which only made the lack of cleanliness at Iron Horse stand out even more. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. Between the condition of the room, air quality concerns, cleanliness issues, and poor service recovery, I won't be returning.
