When you walk in to this film rental place it's more like a library. You might even meet some borderline personalities which I quite enjoy given my psych background. Some people might be weary of this but I'm not. And if you want to sit in on the radio show, it's right there... I even got involved inebriated one evening. It's the library that won't tell you to "shhhh!" which is totally my style. And you don't have to dig too hard to find something good cause it's Riverwest and the films will most likely be indie style or just exchange it if it sucks since they don't care to be overly bureaucratic. I would say RW Film and Video is a perfect compliment to my other boyfriends, hulu, and netflix. I like variety... He's the hipster. He may not be the richest but definitely the most artistic and creative... the other two have big wallets or big hearts. hee. One thing would could improve however... Today I attempted to order some suspension parts through this store as they are a retailer for HellWig which has a part I'm looking to be able to purchase locally. The employee on the phone seemed confused from the beginning, put me on a hold after i gave him a part number and successfully found the part in their system. I then asked what brand sway bar end links they could order in to go along with that since i was already ordering from them and the employee began to tell me he doesn't even know what a sway bar end link is or what i'm talking about and that they are not a parts store, they just sell lifts. My previous experience to this one; I had stopped in to have my bed cover looked at as it was binding slightly and they "specialize" in bed covers. They dismissed me from the beginning and basically told me to just buy a new one from them. My only successful experience here was purchasing running boards a few years back. 1 good experience out of 3 is quite poor.
