Most of the staff is friendly except for one person. But the products sold here are overpriced and the staff doesn't even know which vape accessories go to which vape. They sold me the wrong coil and then wouldn't let me return it when I realized it was the wrong one. (I didn't even open the package) The smoking accessories are also super over priced for the value of the product. I only go here because it's close to where I work. read more

I bought a torch from this place not knowing if I had a torch or not. I found a torch back at my house so I decided to bring the one I bought from them back for a return. I didn't use the torch at all and I expressed this to them. They basically flat out told me I couldn't because of some policy. I asked where this policy was written and if he could show me. He says," No, it's common sense." I said, "How is that common sense? It's a product I bought from you guys I didn't want and it didn't say anywhere on the receipt that you don't take returns." Bottom line, I won't be returning to this establishment because the manager and the employees have no consideration for their customers and care only about making profit. *DON'T GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT* read more

Horrible customer service. Tried to stop in 3 minutes before closing ( quick cash purchase). When I walked in, was told by the employee that he was actually about to leave and that I couldn't make a purchase. It's nice that you care about your customers enough to open on time. I got there 5 minutes early and sat there until 10 after. I thought I could just stop in and get the stuff we need before work, wrong. I won't be coming back. I watched 3 other customers come up to your door and leave. Awful experience I will never be going back. I purchased a pack of coils from this place and one of the coils I bought was already used. So I go back to tell them about it and the girl that was helping me basically said I was lying to her about the whole thing, and that they would never sell me anything like that. For me honestly I lost all creditability and respect for this place and there employees I would have no reason to lie over $5. Luckily the manager settled it and I received a free coil to replace the used one, but I will never be taking my buisness back to this place after this experience with one of there employees. This is my instant go-to for tobacco in Kenosha! They are less than a mile from my apartment and their prices are unbeatable. They hooked us up with a starter kit to roll our own cigarettes and now we bring all our friends in to get the same deal! Everyone who works here is friendly and very laid back, they know their shit when it comes to the merchandise and they're always quick to answer any questions and hook you up with the best deal for your money. Go to Azara!!!!! Sucks used to be great have been going since they opened spend at least $50 have bought hundreds of dollars worth of stuff terrible customer service they lost all good employees and did not train new ones properly. Disrespectful kids working there now. Kid said I have to open these pennies before checking me out. Dropped them on floor was little jerk and told ME the customer what he was going to do before waiting on me and let other customers bust in the line before me anyway. Come on what happened to my great store I recommended to many other people I am going to tell them to go elsewhere too he did not say I am sorry. Nothing and laughed when I said learn customer service skills. I am done!!!!! Many other vape shops to choose from go to another one stay away from here. Owner used to be onsite not anymore. He opened another store good for him called manager who is nephew of owner. I asked to speak to owner not offered to speak with manager all I was told is he is not here. This is a complete disappointment and I told his nephew you should be out on the floor observing new employees.. Owner needs to rethink this store and employees his ratings are going down fast. This place is an absolute treasure in this area. I recently stumbled apon it on accident, looking simply for a lighter. Boy was I under prepared to be over whelmed. High quality in every aspect they cater to. Clean as clean gets. Modern and well lit. Friendly helpful professional staff. I cannot say enough for this place. I cannot wait to turn friends and family on to this location for so many different reasons. Beyond just the cigars which is easily the best setup in kenosha, the selection of glass, vape, and accessories and the high quality components are nothing short of impressive.
