We get an estimated window of 2 hours but I have never had to wait the full time. Once we arrive I have never waited more than 5 minutes to pick up my order. This is so incredibly helpful esp with an infant. Shopping alone is sometimes hard when they are this young and having a reliable service is so great! The only downfall is for the store itself, they are constantly out of so many things. Which is great when considering that means folks are really enjoy these same items, but the difficulty of getting things becomes a hit or miss.
