I've had the same variation of haircut since maybe around 2010. I had the pleasure of having Sardor as my barber and I will definitely not settle for any less moving forward. I showed him what my typical haircut was like and instead of just doing what I've been doing for 13 years, he talked to me about considering a different cut to better suit my face shape. I've NEVER had anyone suggest me a haircut based on another factor. He said it was important to him to match a haircut with a persons face to accentuate. So glad she left - I've heard Floyd's puts a quota on their barbers for cuts per day and allocates a time limit to how long a cut should take. Hilary never treated me as a number and always took the time needed to give a quality cut. When she moved to her own salon, I believe the majority of her clients moved with her. She does all of her scheduling online, which makes getting an appointment super easy. She listens to exactly how I want my cut to look, and remembers my preferences from prior visits. My husband has very difficult hair to cut as it grows in different directions and most stylists are not able to consistently give him a quality haircut. With Eric, he gets a high-quality haircut every time. I have long hair that is very straight and fine. I like to trim my hair every four months or so to keep it healthy. Eric is the first stylist I found who will actually take off only 1/2of an inch when I say "please only take off 1/2 of an inch." Stylist after stylist for years would say that's what they would do, and two or 3 inches of hair later, I don't go back. Eric is also really great with how he layers my hair. Because my hair is so straight and smooth it needs to have some layers, but I don't want it all chopped up. If my hair isn't cut right it sticks out like a sore thumb. But I don't feel he truly cared as I have been in tears for 2 days, and he won't even squeeze me in to try to fix it.
