I get the text reminder for my appt walk in and it isn't Cynthia coloring my hair but the owner Kristen. She didn't say anything to me about why she was doing this- I had to ask and learned Cynthia was no longer there. Usually when a stylist leaves you are notified. I let her color my hair (all over color and a shape up cut) which was $140. My 2nd concern that day was increase in price. I should never have booked again but I did. I went in for all over color and highlights this time the charge was $195. When I questioned the charge she said she gave my hair a treatment. She never asked me if I wanted to spend the extra $$ nor asked if I wanted the treatment. All though the color looks good - you can't trust a person who isn't honest and up front about with services.
