I left after waiting 30 minutes, 30 minutes of watching multiple people come in and get ushered right in. This is not a premium barber shop It's just a high end Super Cuts that offers 2 free beers. FYI after reading some of the other reviews a "Glitch" is very common here. Save your time & money and go somewhere else.

My appointment time pushed back from 2:30 to 3:10, this was accompanied by 2 rude female staff member, one of whom had cut my hair prior. Once my chosen barber Andrea came out for my appointment, I noticed she had seemed to over sleep on her break and that was the reason for the additional wait. When I asked Andrea for Cheston, the owner of the flower mound locations contact information, they refused to give me that or any management contact information. I'm under the impression as well that they found this all humorous safeguarding the information in thoughts nothing would become of the situation. 25 bucks I get it but, this was the worst experience and didn't get my hair cut. Mind you this was all on Friday and my 1 day off. Cheston needs to fire a majority of his staffing at both of his locations and revamp a new hiring manager if he wants any chance at all with keeping these two locations running.

I showed Iris, pictures of my son's previous haircuts and explained that we wanted the same style, just slightly longer on top. We specifically mentioned keeping it at eyebrow length if not LONGER than that, but even while wet, it was cut above his eyebrows. We provided polite feedback during the haircut, but she did not receive it well and responded with noticeable attitude. She was not polite or receptive. My son was very upset and almost in tears when he got in the car. At 11 years old, appearance is important, and situations like this can be especially difficult for kids socially. I went back in to calmly ask her name (Iris) and explained how upset he is (she laughed) and a little advise that it's always better to cut less initially, since more can always be taken off, but hair cannot be added back. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and unapologetic during that interaction as well. I should have not even paid for this hair cut as I am going to have to find someone that can fix and pay them.

Two dozen, maybe? If I wanted a burr cut I would join the marines again. I place a hand on top of my head directly requesting them to leave it alone or barely trim it. I use the hand to encircle my head above the ears, CONCENTRATE on my neck and ears. It appears that my language skills are lacking since no matter how hard I try I end up with SHORT Hair cut. It happened again today. The Stylist started at the top cutting TOO MUCH OFF, not 20 seconds after I asked her not to. I just can't bring myself to ever go back! On the good side, the stylists are always pleasant and professional, but obviously, my words mean nothing to them, which means my money and forced tip goes somewhere else.
