After I contacted them about the damage, they claimed the drawer was "already broken" which is completely false. The drawer was fully intact prior to the service, and I have multiple witnesses that can confirm this. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame the customer after being caught. I now have to repair this myself with only two days before my lease ends. Mistakes can happen but hiding damage and then denying it is unacceptable. They did a great service, I haven't had a deep cleaning since I moved in like 10 yrs ago. They got underneath the couches and above the fridge, areas they have been collecting dust for years. Two of them came back looking amazing. I had a rug less than a year old that unfortunately had dog urine stains on it. Their website advertises that they can remove the odor and stain from pets. When they unrolled this rug, all the urine stains were still on there. Sam told me unfortunately those won't come out, I accepted it and paid in full. Then my partner starts cleaning it with a cleaner bought from Target and the stains came out completely! When I saw that I was very annoyed because it was not cheap to have them cleaned. Either I was lied to or they barely even tried. So good an bad experience.
