These guys are amazing. You get your car scrubbed, and vacuum, then it goes through the car wash. When it comes out, one of the guys pulls it out front. This guy, does windows, sunroof, completely wipes down the car. As close to a detail job from a car wash. read more

For the money this car wash is great, the workers are helpful and attentive to your car wash needs. Place is always clean and up to date. Plenty of towels and cleaning material are available. The only thing I have a complaint about is the tire shine which puts too much shine onto your tires and rims which I take the excessive off w the towels but still will splatter onto your car. Also, the tire shine machine rubs and tears into my rims. So be careful about your rims when you use the tire shine. read more

This is the best value for a monthly ticket. You can wash your car 30 times a month for $39. Can't be beat and extremely nice people working there. They supply clean rags and window washing sprays and vacuums. Just an all in all fantastic business! read more

I pay a monthly fee for unlimited visits. The service here is always spectacular and the only problem I have ever had with this place is their hours are supposed to be starting at 7 AM in the morning. There has been several times where I've gone at 7:30 in the morning and they are not open. If the hours have changed maybe you should try posting it so that we know read more

Very rude workers. My mom works with the owner of Scrubbys in Lumberton, and bought some $25 Free Wash coupons for my father for Christmas. I tried to use one of these coupons and the machine wasn't taking it, so the worker told me there's nothing he can do. He made me feel stupid by telling me that I had probably already used it, then took the coupon from me. I then try to use my card at every single machine, and my card wasn't working. The Manager then took my card inside and said it still wasn't working, although I honestly don't believe him because you can type the full digits of the card into a machine easily. I've never had issues with my card anywhere, and ended up going to the ATM across the street where it worked PERFECTLY FINE. Once I get my wash finally by using cash, I ask for the coupon back because I know that we can still use it, and I know it didn't expire because there was no expiration date. The worker gives it to me all bent up with a hole in it. I found the workers to be not helpful, and honestly pretty rude. I hope they fix the machines and the attitudes of the workers. If you want a car wash go with cash and avoid the ASSHOLES WHO WORK THERE. read more

I love this place! People are friendly, I get a pretty great regular car wash and they have free vacuum and windex and cloths to make your car nice and shiney again. their $14 a month car wash deal seems to be the cheapest in town. If I had one gripe it would be that they do not have more around the area. Maybe that's to come. but I am very happy with this one. read more

The absolute best car wash! Not only do they do a great job of washing cars but they have the most amazing car mat washing machines. They work amazing! If you have rubber mats they have a designated station to wash then too. Before going through the wash they offer to remove your antenna so that it doesn't get damaged. They have two types of cleaner available Glass Cleaner and All Purpose Cleaner along with tons of clean towels, free vacuums, and high pressure air nozzles. read more

Monthly member with the top service purchased. I feel like the machines are declining in their performance. I don't know if they adjusted (sped up) the times of the machines, or changed detergents, otter out they need to do maintenance on the machines. But if it continues to decline I'll be canceling the almost $40 a month membership. read more

Excellent Car Wash. I have gone thru this wash many times and love it. Today I used my free wash coupon. I expected the basic car wash. Above and beyond! I ran over a tube of insulation goo that fell off a roofing company truck- with my brand new car- DeSean Bennett, Manager helped me scrape it all off- it was brutal and he stuck with it along with a few others. Have both cars on the monthly plan the place is always clean great customer service they did away with the window stickers and went with tag reader which works every other time a go they have To come out take a photo of my tag go in side and look it up have sat out there for 10 min . Talk with other customers and they told me the same problem . It getting a little annoying. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I pulled in to clean out my car as I've done a million times before and for some reason this old man that works there decided to come over to me and tell me to pay for a wash give him $7 for some sticker or get off the property or he will call the cops on me and then tried to take pictures of my license plate which I stood in front of and he then he stepped closer to me making me feel threatened and I told him I felt threatened and to back the fuck up or I was going to push him and he told me he would have me arrested for assault I repeatedly told him to back up and get away from me so I could leave and he refused. I will be calling corporate and never returning I will now be going to Deitricks car wash which is not only nicer but the employees are great. Love this place! My car looked great after going through the wash! They provide towels and spray bottles with various cleaning solutions (windows and all purpose cleaner) for you to use on the inside of your car. While I was there I accidentally locked my keys in my car. They called someone for me right away and stayed with the the whole time. Very nice people. read more

In less than 5 minutes I was in the car wash. It did a fantastic job cleaning up my SUV. I was surprised to find the cleaning removed debris that was causing a rattling noise and blocking air vents. The free vacuum station for wash customers was an appreciated perk. Glad to see a new location being built right near my house. read more

Easy to pay, my daughter loves all the color soap and "noodles" as she calls them and I love the way my car looks after a "managers special" treatment. The free vacuum and towels/cleaner is a huge bonus! We look forward to more trips to Scrubbys! read more

I still paid for washes till May 18th - per the attendant when I purchased the monthly pass it was good for 30 days.
