Only during my final week did an employee bother to introduce themselves and ask my name. When I finally decided to leave for another gym, it took me a week to find an employee behind the desk to process my cancelation. Typically, you find desk employees working out with patrons rather than assisting customers. After cancelling my membership, I was charged for an additional month. When I asked to be refunded as I would not be returning, I was denied. I would not recommend BTF at at all. If you're looking for a smaller, family owned gym, Peak Fitness is far better.
