The staff was cool and easy to deal with. I traded my Audi and had some work done to before I traded to make sure I wasn't trading a bad car. I also had and almost full tank of gas. I purchased a Tahoe from there and I have never had to put so much work into a used car I've bought. They replaced the cracked windshield but I had to get a lift kit taken off, new tires, new back brakes, the seat behind the driver's said shakes, and the tire monitor has to be serviced. Here I am trying to make sure my car is up to par and I had to come out of pocket more money in addition to the purchase in just the 2 months I have had the Tahoe. I will never use these people again! They quoted my mother a certain price for a new transmission and the down payment to get started working on my car and by the time we got there, the down payment was $1500 more and by the time we picked up the car, it was $3000 more than what he initially quoted me. On top of that, he was rude and would never return our calls and on the day he said our car would be ready, we find out he took the day off!!! When we finally did pick up the car, my a/c was not working along with a few other things. When we told Sam about it, he said it was working when they test drove it only a few hours ago to make sure everything was working properly, but they couldn't have checked to make sure everything was working or they would have found that they a/c wasn't working. He would't even just take a look at it without charging me a huge diagnostic fee after I just spend over $7500 with this man and my a/c was working just fine until I brought it to this shop! Bought a truck from here. I knew that the sunroof needed a part replaced to be repaired. Part came in--wrong part. 3 months in-- still no part. So every time it rains there is water leaking into my truck. Not to mention my passenger seat massage functions and right side mirror doesn't adjust, and the rearview camera and cruise control works when it wants to. When you pay for bells and whistles you want them to function. We have made them aware and also spoke to someone on the phone promising someone would get back to us and no response. read more

BEWARE!! They will sell you a lemon and then tell you to wait 30 days from purchase to file with the warranty company. Too bad the warranty company denied my mothers claim to replace the transmission 2 weeks after purchase because it was preexisting issues. The owner Sam Told my mother that she should have never told the warranty company that she purchased the vehicle shaking. Which they told her before she signed that they fixed the shaking. He told her to call them back and lie and tell them that he fixed the problem but now it's something else in the transmission. Which he realized wouldn't work because the dealership that my mom bought the vehicle to get tested already placed the diagnostics report on the Carfax. Then made my mama pay him $500(she put $2600 down on the car) more dollars to go towards replacing the transmission that he said would cost $3000 but the bill says it only cost $1700. She went to pick up the car almost 2 weeks later and The next day as she was driving on the interstate and the car started smoking and shaking then stopped. Now he won't return her calls. The worst dealership ever. Take your money and credit troubles to another dealership. read more
