They will take your money and never plow your driveway. The owner was full of smart remarks, no apologies, for not plowing or returning our phone calls. For example..."Davey Tree doesn't answer phone calls on the weekend either." Also, when I told him, I'm a 64 year old female, I finally had to shovel the driveway when we had already paid his company in advance. His response was, "Well, I'm 45 and I've been shoveling ALL weekend." Since we had not yet received ANY service from ProCutProplow, I requested to cancel any further service and just refund our $275.00. The owner then gave me some BALONEY about how we bought insurance not a service. I would also give this company a big fat ZERO if it were possible. Total scam!
