All I needed was my iPhone to get on the bus and the Ubers came super quick not to mention it's extremely close to restaurants and shops as well as local sightseeing. We easily got to the airport, the aquarium, and to the zoo within 15 minutes of the hotel. The food is delicious. I highly recommend getting breakfast included because the buffet is well worth it. The service is top-tier and the pool is worth the day pass )granted the pool views aren't the best) still, the sun shines through and the temperature is right. Having the indoor spa right next to the pool was genius and I wish I utilized it more. The locker rooms are stunning. Overall I highly highly recommend you staying here. You won't be disappointed.

I utilized my FNA award from my signup bonus I got with the Boundless card and made use of it on this trip, including this hotel. We trekked here directly from the airport via the Metro. Therefore, we got here much earlier than the check-in time (though not as much due to the EES nightmares). Therefore, we were able to freshen up a little bit and head out accordingly. The bathrooms near the lobby are quite clean and spacious so it's very easy to freshen up there. Due to some business conferences at the hotel - it was quite packed when we arrived on a Tuesday - there was no opportunity to upgrade, but that's okay. We also skipped the breakfast add-on as we were heading off on a train early in the AM. The room itself was quite nice and up to the standards of a Sheraton. We got some office building views from our room. The free water came handy too, but again we were here for only one night. The bathroom itself was clean and spacious enough. The shower/tub combo is something I don't always see (though I have in Europe) and the glass wall with the curtains certainly makes this more suitable for a couple than anyone beyond that, but it did the job. The hotel itself is in the business district and there isn't too much around unless you want to walk to Avenida which isn't too far away. If you want a business-friendly hotel with a guaranteed quality of sorts, you can't go wrong here.

The hotel was clean and the staff made the experience extremely pleasant. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful and welcoming. When we first reached the hotel, the Uber driver let us out at a location that wasn't exactly in front of the hotel. As we were walking, we got turned around and called the hotel to let them know that we couldn't figure it out and one of the front desk's associates actually came out to find us and walk us back to the hotel even helping us with our luggage on the walk back to the hotel. We had a room with a small balcony looking out on the street with trees (202). Room interior looks new with carpeted floor. Not big with firm queen bed also a couch, and one desk chair. Not a lot of place to stow luggage (no luggage rack). Electric tea kettle with coffee/tea and creamer, fridge and safe. Aircon is good and quiet. Bathroom had black and white tiles all look pretty new. Firm bed, 4 pillows and good quality bedding. Good continental breakfast - fluffy croissants and there is choice of scrambled or hard boiled eggs. Dining room in basement level is spacious so never felt crowded. They also have a drinking water dispenser in the lobby which is a nice feature. Convenient location - Spar supermarket just two blocks away as well as metro and main Ave Liberdade. We had issues with our AC, and the front desk agent came to help us even though the engineers were gone for the evening. You managed the room through the TV, and our TV was not turning on. Like others said, the toilet situation is a bit odd; you can hear and see others use it. There is a curtain, but it doesn't stop you from hearing it. My favorite part was the gym and sauna. There was a beautiful view looking out into Lisboa, and I fell in love with this view at the sauna! and the gym equipment was clean and up to date! The bartenders downstairs are also lovely and upfront and go above and beyond to make you a good cocktail or ensure you have the perfect glass of wine. The Metro station in front make is convenient, and a few good coffee shops are around. It will take you 20 min to get into old Lisboa or the waterfront.

Yes, the sauna and hamman, along with gym and pool, are on the top floor of the hotel and open 24 hours. It's pretty nice to end your day with a relaxing sauna gazing out at a night time cityscape. Then head down to the bar for more fun. Or like me, grab some snack and select a drink from their wide selection (many local beers, as well as imported ones, for 2-5€) and retire to the comfy bed. It's also very cool that you open the door, the room slowly comes to life welcoming your return. Electronic blinds, phone charging pad, cool gadgets to please your inner geeks. Room is rather spacious. The bar and first floor lobby is really happening too, day or night. Sleek and comfortable chairs to sit in, plenty of computers, there's even a corner with a large table for meetings. Location is also excellent, with metro and bus station almost right in front of the hotel. The Saldanha metro stop is on both yellow and red lines, which is awesome as it means fewer transfers, and the red line services the airport (though it cost us only 6€ by Uber). Continente supermarket is in the street behind the hotel. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. As other says, the toilet and shower are in round pods, which can feel claustrophobic or awkward to some. There is a curtain to section off that part of the room though, and if that's not enough privacy, you two probably should book separate rooms. Definitely will consider staying here again.

The connecting room setup worked perfectly for us, plenty of space between the two rooms, and the staff had clearly thought through what families actually need, right down to the football shirts waiting for our kids on arrival. Add in a genuinely excellent dinner at the in-house restaurant and a location that puts you right in the middle of old Lisbon, and it's easy to see why this place is so well rated. Would book again without hesitation.

This means at certain times of the day, the lobby or the breakfast area is an absolute zoo and pure chaos. They are a 5 stars level with a 4 to 4.5 stars experience depending on time of day. Their elevator is modernized, pre-scan with room card, and assigned an elevator. Some visitors simply take a longer time to understand how it works. One can get stuck behind a group and wait forever for an elevator. Other than that, we had a genuinely excellent stay. The room is comfortably sized and set up well. We were on the 17th floor with a skyline view. Pockets of the hotel are particularly pretty. My favorite is the back garden area. There are places to get a drink or simply visit. Breakfast can be chaotic when a tour group(s) is also there, but they manage well. The food choices are abundant; the cut fruits such as papaya were ripe and delicious. Coffee and drinks are delivered to the table. The location is good but not great. It is near a train station and a grocery store. After a tumultuous travel to even get to Lisbon, arriving at Corinthia felt like a breath of fresh air. With our CC, we were able to get a room upgrade with a corner suite. The room was fantastic, modern, clean and the bathroom had a shower and tub. They have a turndown service to prep your bed at night and leave some lavender on top too! Small trinkets in the room like water, egg tarts, and more was available. The location is not the best from the main tourist area, and there isn't a ton to see in the area, but they do have a free shuttle that takes you downtown that we were able to use. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel too! We were able to dine at one but around the holidays, the other restaurant we wanted to try was closed both nights for private events. Their room service was actually quite good (and fast!) too! The hotel breakfast has a nice spread as well! It was included in our stay so I felt that it was worth! Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and I would recommend to others!

We let them know of our 9:45 am arrival and greatly appreciated that they had a room ready for us and even upgraded to a city view. The room was a comfortable size with a large table and two chairs. The Fine hotel welcome gift was three maroons each representing different tastes of locations in Portugal with a small bottle of port - really nice welcome gift! For night lights, if you leave the closet door open, the light is motion activated and the vanity mirror light can be left on. The shower was in the tub with high sides. There is a toilet and separate bidet. My two dislikes were: It was difficult to get to the toilet unless you closed the bathroom door or squeezed around the door, since the toilet was behind the door. The other was the shower - you had to get into the tub to turn on the water, so you are likely to get some cold water on you unless you knew exactly how to adjust the various knobs so the water came out of the handheld showerhead vs the overhead shower or the faucet. I appreciated the Nespresso espresso maker and refrigerator and bottles of water. I also appreciated the new boxes of tissues when I showed an empty box due to my cold/bronchitis. Wonderfully plush slippers - I think the best I have felt in any hotel. The hotel is on the "Champs-Élysées" Portugal version street with luxury stores and tented vendors on the weekends. It is a short walk, 10 minutes, to the Parque Edwardo VII park where the Hop On/Hop Off and Cityrama Gray Line tour buses are located. I was impressed by the breakfast buffet every day and the staff. We came first thing and also one day towards the end - the food was always fresh, refreshed, and delicious - with eggs, breakfast meats, cold cuts, cheeses, waffles, and beautiful fresh, sliced fruit and several fruit juices. You can also get coffee or cappuccinos. The staff was always attentive, whisking away a used plate and giving you fresh silverware. We ate at Seen Lisboa and Cervejaria Liberdade Portugese restaurants enjoyed the cuisine.
