The first category is what i call 'a good old dirty' kebab, it consists of the type of kebab meat cheap and is cut in big long streaky lines. Most kebab places will offer this as standard. But every now and again you will come across a place like the Pharaoh that makes genuine kebabs where the meet is 'cut and diced' (thats the name of my second category). Mixed with Pharaohs house sauce, you have got yourself a mighty combination. Seriously sometime in your life you have to try one of these kebabs!!! Such a shame as this spot is in a pretty central location and would have been a handy spot to get to when the kebabish urge hits. Yes, kebabish urge is a thing. I'll give it 6 months and try again.
