Our roof had a leak in it causing extensive damage to a bedroom and structural damage to beams including infestation with carpenter ants . I called Moe with TurkMasters he came out in a timely fashion gave me an estimate explaining the details of a roofing job. In was detailed in his explanation we even walked the roof . We decided to hire TurkMasters the crew showed up ready to work once the job was complete a cleaning crew followed up . The price was comparable to other companies in fact lower than some other companies I would definitely recommend them and in fact use them again. read more

We had extensive work done by Martin Roofing/Turkmasters April- September 2024. Over the winter we had a major leak in our roof- our back room (installed by Martin/Turkmasters) had water pouring in from the ceiling/walls. Upon further inspection my husband noticed that there was a 1" gap between the flashing and roof in the area where the leak began. There is also a leak at the corner of a gutter that I had pointed out during install and was assured it was caulked an leakproof. I have tried reaching out to Turkmasters a few times over the past 2 weeks with no return phone call. We would just like a response and solution to repair work that was completed less than a year ago. read more

From the start when Moe came to assess my roof and work an estimate I could tell he knew what he was doing and exactly what was needed. He communicated very well. Once work started, Moe informed me of progress with photos and short videos. When his crew encountered unexpected needs for additional work, he explained clearly what was needed and why. Just had my roof completed today. I am extremely satisfied with the job. I had 8 estimates before choosing Turk Masters. JR arrived on time for the estimate, listened to all of my concerns and answered ALL of my questions. I started by telling him that I am VERY particular about my yard and landscaping and want assurance that no nails or debris would go into my fish pond. JR came up with a plan and the crew did everything they promised. The crew showed up on time, worked a 12 hour day and completed a two layer tear off, complete redecking, and new roof in one day. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. They were extremely respectful of my property and did everything possible to protect my landscaping. The clean up was completed with attention to detail. I received so many comments from my neighbors about how impressed they were by the way the work was completed. Aaron sent me drone footage of my roof throughout the day and answered any questions I had as the work progressed. I know I picked the right company and would recommend them to anyone.
