While the other 2 items are processed as returns the 3rd one isn't showing up and I have to dispute the original purchase with my bank because someone here didn't do their job. Additionally this location has terrible holiday hours and bad hours in general. If you return a package a little before closing it won't be processed until the next day. His positive attitude made what could have been a stressful chore feel easy and almost fun. This guy went so far above and beyond that I honestly can't thank him enough. Everyone working there was friendly, but the assistant manager truly made the visit exceptional.
