They were again, not dropped off. I sent an e-mail before leaving work that day, no response this morning. After sending an e-mail requesting all services canceled I received an e-mail explaining that they again came after hours. If you'd like to get your paper shredded try somewhere else like Shred-It because all you're going to get from Iron Mountain is excuses like downed phone lines and "attempted delivery" after hours.
