I started coming here after a good friend strongly recommended this place and I'm so glad she did! Located in a small strip mall by Panera Bread, parking was easy on a Sunday. Upon walking in, I was greeted right away by the owner, Ana. She was so warm & friendly, she treats you like she's known you for years. It's unlike any other UPS locations I've ever been. The store is clean and customer service is excellent & efficient. I was in and out very quickly. When I walked in, the owner, Ana, was organizing a wall of dog photos from customers -- which already gave the place such a warm, personal feel. Within minutes the store started filling up, and I watched her greet every single person who came through the door with the same upbeat energy. From the moment you walk in, she remembers who you are, greets you like an old friend, and genuinely cares about helping you. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. I actually drive an extra 10-15 minutes just to come to this location because I know Anna will make sure every project I bring in is done perfectly. I absolutely love this UPS Store. The location is super convenient near Panera, and the service is consistently excellent. Ana, the owner, is incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can truly feel that it's a family-run business--her sons help out and everyone treats you like family. They are always so sweet to my kids and even know them by name every time we come in, which means a lot. They recently did our passport photos, and the service was fast and seamless. Shipping is always quick and easy as well. One of my favorite touches is their adorable dog wall--they even have our dog up there! This place goes above and beyond with customer care. How lucky is this neighborhood to have the wonderful staff and service at this UPS location. We stopped into this store with complicated shipping issues... a couple of weird returns with Verizon and a few shirts that needed to be boxed up and shipped. It turned out that my shipping label that I pre-purchased was for FedEx, but they kindly printed it out and boxed up my parcel for the small printing and box fee. Everyone was so helpful. Went in to have docs faxed. It did take a while for the fax to complete whim I was told is not unusual. Price was reasonable. Owner and team worked well together managing the competing priorities of os age drop offs, delivers and counter assistance. Store was clean and organized. read more

Ana was very knowledgeable and able to assist with an issue I was having printing a label on line. The UPS website would not allow me to switch the sender so that I could provide it to a hotel where I left an item. Ana assured me that she had assisted many customers with the same issue. I called two other stores and they neither had the patience or the knowledge to assist. Additionally, Ana was able to save me around 60% of what it would have cost using the UPS website. I'm glad I thought of this store and called them. Everything was handled via telephone and email. I live about 25-30 minutes away from this store but I was ready to drive there after talking to a closer store's clerk. Great service! read more

Is with the upmost pleasure that I am writing this five star review for the UPS store on Palomar Airport Road in Carlsbad. First, the times I've walked in there I've always been met with very friendly employees, which to me shows there's a good culture at this business because the staff are so kind. What really prompted this review is that I was shipping an item internationally and had some issues with customers were the item was shipped back. I tried to sort out the issue with USPS and did not get very far. So when I came back to the UPS store in Carlsbad, I spoke with Anna who would help me originally who is also, the owner not only was she kind of helpful she also had remembered the shipment, and had very good records of it. Without hesitation, she offered to take care of the issue and research with USPS and speak to their rep in hopes to ensure my package would be resent . Regardless of the outcome, I couldn't be more satisfied with the effort and genuine concern for making sure my package was shipped. read more

I went to this store in hope of printing the booklets for my mom's funeral. I was sort of a mess and really wasn't even sure how to proceed. From the MOMENT I walked in I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies with great big smiles on their faces. I brought a printed copy of the pages which Ana copied in addition to uploading the original Canva work on her computer. She was meticulous with trying to get the best product and spent much time and care making sure it was just what was wanted. Her kindness was beyond any expectation and the work was lovely. I have lived in Carlsbad for over 10 year and so glad this UPS store opened up in Palomar airport area. Really nice and caring team and owner there to help you. I have shipped many packages and also did many Amazon returns from this UPS location and it was always very quick in and out with great service with a smile. They also have notary onsite and mailbox rental with a physical Carlsbad address. The store is very clean too. Easy parking when its not lunchtime. Very convenient with Lowes Home improvement, Gas station/car wash, Panera Bread, Chitpotle, Jersey Mikes, and Five guys burger all right there within a 1 minute walk. read more
