I immediately started calling around at 7pm and his company was the only one willing to come immediately. Less then an hour later he showed up and legit saved the day!! I guess the cess pool pipping wasnt done correctly which and there was some question as to the actual size of the cess pool I had, and some serious cloggage from toilet paper. Guy walked around and showed me everything be was talking about, because I understood nothing!! And spent the next two hours unclogging our cess pool and pumping it out. It was so hot and dark but he stayed until the job was done. He will be back to fix the other things that are wrong and I trust what he says and will do. If you need any help...this is your guy!!!!
