Radio silent. She missed contractual deadlines. Didn't answer phones, text messages, and amazingly even her transaction coordinator fell off the face of the earth at the same time. It wasn't until we sent a notice to perform AFTER she missed a contractual deadline that she suddenly called and let us know that she was in a seminar... 1. She should be on top of contingency deadlines that her clients are in contract for. 2. If you are going to be unavailable for days on end, LET PEOPLE KNOW! 3. There is no excuse to stop communicating altogether, and fall out of contract. She was incredibly unprofessional, having zero consideration for anyone's time, even showing up late to final inspections after going MIA on the transaction. She treats this job like a hobby, at best. Dawn Marie is what gives the real estate industry and agents a bad name and image. The entire transaction was very stressful due to how poorly she handled herself and the transaction, which was sloppy and lackadaisical. At the close of escrow, she actually said "well I have plans to go on vacation so I can't wait around for this" when the lender screwed up the closing docs. Wow. If you choose to work with Redfin (the Walmart of agents), I would avoid this agent - she's on her way out!

After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of.
