Today, we called to change time of appointment.... The receptionist misheard or deliberately over exaggerated what my husband requested. We then receive a call from owner yelling that we have a choice to apologize to the receptionist or take our business elsewhere, without asking what happened. That was an easy and welcome decision. We usually don't receive such drama and explosive behavior from professionals, we already have a new accountant!
