They now offer everything from custom invitations and PR boxes to full event support, and everything was executed flawlessly. What really stands out is the team. You can tell the owner truly cares about her employees, and it shows in the service. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting things right. Vanna was my event coordinator, and she was on top of every single detail from start to finish. Her energy never dropped, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is completely in her element when it comes to the creative side. That's my kind of person! There's a very clean set of restrooms way in the back and the ladies' room is fully stocked with free feminine supplies! Plan to spend at least an hour here (more if there's a line outside just to get in!). There are NO dressing rooms... The only catch is that you must have a printed paper pass from a Disney employee with their full name and employee number! They've gotten a lot stricter recently...no screenshots on your phone! Plus, you can only bring one person in with you on the same pass. My latest haul included a Disney lettermen's jacket for $49.99 (regularly $149.99!) and sweatshirts for $4.99 (regularly $79.99). After a few email exchanges I placed the order and within 10 days received my sweaters in time to wrap and place under the tree. The family loved the sweaters. We wear them constantly, even now.
