I would recommend this program to anyone and everyone. This isn't your typical "treatment" center…read more It is a life changing experience achieved by a group of enthusiastic therapists; a Dr. who thoroughly treats your individual needs and takes his time on conditioning what works for you and gives you a full understanding of every step, an amazing yoga instructor that teaches you the beneficial purposes (as you will feel personally afterwards), and an always warm-welcoming front desk associate that is truly genuine and made my leap into this IOP comforting with her compassionate heart. The therapeutic benefits I received by every staff member are exceptionally beyond compare to any other therapy I've participated in my journey of healing. Life changing is an understatement, everything I learned about self-awarness, reactionary situations, and every misunderstanding in life became clear in my path to gaining 'true happiness' with myself and everyone in my life. You don't 'get therapy', you gain a "family like" experience with every day and every person in this program as you continue to become a better version of yourself. Not only with the staff, but also, with the people receiving and achieving their own understanding of the road block they're breaking through, along with you, as you absorb a positive attitude and retraining of your thoughts. I gained more knowledge of how to take on the world, myself, my relationships, and every situation I will face in my future. Don't get stuck and keep pushing to find what will finally make you or someone you know happy. I dug myself a deep hole to crawl inside thinking I can be strong and pushing aside what was building a fortress of depression. Get help, and get it right with this program. I am only regretful I didn't get this intensive therapy sooner.

They were very unfriendly, letting me know there was a wait list 6-8 weeks. I told them that was fine, we could wait. They asked for our insurance info and informed me they are no longer in-network with our insurance company. I told them I would be happy to pay, be out-of-network, whatever needed to be done. After placing me on hold, she came back to tell me they are not accepting new patients at this time. Very unprofessional and disheartening, when all I was trying to do was find someone to help my son.

(At least that's what we were told.). Our kids got mad at us for being responsible parents and disciplining them, and lied about us to the counselors. The counselors never once asked us about the accusations. They apparently took the kids at their word. They told us we needed to take parenting classes to continue services with them. I looked it up and they weren't referring us to a parenting class facility. It was an anger management facility. They had decided we had anger management issues after what the kids told them and blindsided us with this requirement. I told them that wasn't going to happen and stopped receiving services from them. Subsequent counselors got the kids to admit they lied about us because they were mad. I've heard of other similar stories from other people who went there and know more than one counselor that has left employment there because of how it's run. Do you and your family a favor..... find other counselors.

From the start…read moreof my journey seeking treatment for alcohol use disorder, I emphasized to admissions that I absolutely needed cellphone and computer access due to running a digital marketing firm. Upon arrival, they confiscated all my belongings, admitting they sometimes "have to lie" for the sake of saving lives. While I understand their perspective, it feels like a fraud to spend money on what was supposed to be a newly renovated facility with amenities like yoga and hiking, only to find holes in the walls and a dismal atmosphere. Other clients were making homemade alcohol, limiting us to tap water or black coffee due to the facility's stinginess. Clients would sneak to the liquor store at night, and I witnessed someone being attacked for their sexual orientation. The nurse station was chaotic, prioritizing residential patients over detox ones, leaving us waiting while others got their "fix." I was even asked multiple times by a recent graduate if they could buy my detox medications. At night, clients gathered around an ashtray in the back of the building, advertised to me as a fire pit. What's the point of being in business if it's all a lie? Staff complained about their jobs, and the lack of computer system integration made sessions a waste of time. The place needs significant improvement. Last but not least clients were hooking up with each other in the rooms and staff could care less
