Terrible place to go. My insurance suggested me to go to Turpin. After dealing with Brett he assured me everything will look perfect to my satisfaction. I informed him I only want OEM products used on my car and he agreed. A few days later they told me to come back to drop off my car. 2 weeks later I was called up to mention that my car was all fixed ready to be picked up. Upon my arrival I was told to pay my deductible before even seeing the car. The lady basically forced me to pay even though I insisted to look at it first. Her response was that they were closing soon so I paid and started looking over my car. The car was put together very poorly with interior panels not completely on, broken visor, airbag clips glued on instead of replaced, cut rear headliner access panel (which they denied removing), crooked and dirty headliner and they never replaced door belt moulding which was damaged. On top of everything that occured; they didnt follow my wishes of having OEM parts on my car giving me a cheap knock off aftermarket hood (hoping I wouldnt notice) which wasnt certified or had any crumble zones. Purely cosmetic and was painted so poorly you can see all the imperfections in it. When I brought it up; they told me the insurance company told them to put it on as a way to save money... When I told them it doesnt matter what the insurace companies want and because its my property I have the choice of how I want my car fixed. They told me that my car was 5 years old and the repairs they did should have been accepted without complaint. After coming back multiple times on my own time and money to get all my repairs fixed; it almost took a full year to have everything back to what it was pre accident. Not bad for a claim that was suppose to be "hassle and effort free" and supposed to be done right the first time... When looking it up online I found that they have a reputation for not doing the job right and cutting corners to save money... read more

Don't even think of going to this place if you love your car. They cheap out big time in the repairs. Even if its a insurance repair, they don't give a damn about your preferences or requests and totally ignore. They will only go with your insurance policy regardless. I once wanted some custom stuff don't and was totally fine with paying the difference. We had a verbal agreement that so and so products would be used and I signed the agreement form. When I picked up the car they totally ignored my requests and when I tried to complain they said "You signed the form agreeing you accepted the terms"... Also when I went to go pick up the car, they insisted I paid and signed the release before seeing the car. I signed it with great regret. When I complained to the manager he replied "Sir, your car is 5 years old and its old. The repairs we did are acceptable for a older car like yours". My 6 year old son has more ethics and common sense than these losers. If you want to be treated like crap and criticized on the way you want your car repaired then come see these guy. They love taking your money and fixing it sub par and then try to make you accept the repairs. Swirl marks on the new paint, unsafe non certified aftermarket parts being used when you ask for the OEM, broken interior they claim was already broken, oily finger marks on the headliner... The list goes on. Do yourself a big favour and avoid them like the plague. They have a big reputation for cutting corners and not caring for your needs and desires. read more
