Costs for parts came to less than $300, while the cost for labour was about $1,000??? Exactly, they said it would take 11 hours to paint a bumper. Wonder if anyone has reported them to the better business bureau or the Ontario business licensing agency? Please if you have had similar issue, submit a report as it's the only way we can stop our insurance premiums going up while they get rich.

I thought any body shop that was "insurance recommended" wouldn't necessarily be the best, but this place was fantastic. We dealt with Tyler, who I believe is the owner or manager of this location. From the very beginning Tyler provided exceptional customer service, getting in touch with us right away when he heard from the insurance. He got us in for an estimate and even gave us an estimate on another part of the car that was damaged (unrelated to the accident). He explained everything and arranged for a rental car pickup for me while they worked on my car. The service was very fast, and the work was completed a day before expected. When we arrived to pick up our car not only was the bodywork pristine (I couldn't even remember where the damage was!), they also cleaned our interior mats (which were quite gross from the winter), and the dash was spotless. Such a thoughtful thing to do! Tyler also spent some extra time chatting with me about the other damage he gave us a quote on (a tear from a snow plough) and gave us fair and honest advice. Should we decide to get this fixed, or if we have any other bodywork to be done we will absolutely come here. Fast, quality work and excellent customer service!
