Did my fill-ins last minute here and the nail tech took her time in making sure the cuticles were prepped, the shape was correct for each nail and helped in the color selection process, including the fact it was two separate colors to obtain the iridescent baby pink look. With all the work it was $30 for acrylic fill-in with regular nail polish and replacement of a nail tip. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I'm absolutely in love with this place, the staff is very friendly and nice. The salon is very cute and well decorated ... I've been doing a gel manicure for the past 3-4 years until one of the ladies at this place convinced me to try the powder gel, mentioned that it was easier to remove and healthier for your nails. I gave it a try and loved it !!! My manicure has lasted for almost a month, my nails have surprisingly not broken even after my co worker slammed a drawer on my hand by accident. First time visiting the salon because I really needed to remove my acrylic nails. They took me in right away and a girl named Joanne started doing my nails. She remove the old acrylic, did a full set of acrylic and gel. It took about an hour and a half to get my nails done. Everything costs about $70 + tax and she did an outstanding job. This place is a must. The end product is amazing. I loved how she did my nails they look so natural. Not thick and just perfect. I got done dip powder on my natural nail, and usually the old place I used to would let them be real thick and I didn't like them like that, but here they are so perfect. I called to book an appointment and I explained what I wanted which It was . A design gel manicure but 2 of my nails broke so I needed either acrylics or whatever they think it was better to extent those 2 broken nails. Arrived 15 mins before my time and explained again what I wanted the owner told me I forgot the lady's name but she sits second from the door that supposedly she was the best for it. The pedicure was very fast and painful and the lady's attitude was like in a hurry and not amicable or approachable at all. then she starts with my nails I showed her what I wanted. Almond nails with minimalist curvy lines she said ok. Started doing the nails using a lot the drill before applying the acrylic she put tips in all of them including the ones that were naturally long. She starts painting them and I stopped her reminding her I wanted the design not full color only she got annoyed and try to say oh but you told me this color and I said yes for pedicure but I showed you the design I want that's why you started the nails acrylic almond. Full attitude from her part. She starts doing the design which it didn't nothing a like all she was doing was lines on top of each other not waiting to dry so the color started mixing. I said they don't look alright maybe another design me being nice but I was already annoyed because she has not sense of kindness she was very rough with my nails . But still Showed her a design with 3 curvy lines still same issue nothing like the design not even close. I stopped her and she painted my nails beige so she was pretending to leave my nails looking like a kid put fake playdoh nails on me. The acrylic looked a lot and uneven same with the form of the nails some where pointing to one side some the other some round some wanna be almond. I asked if somebody else can do my nails no that nobody can. Ah also she got distracted purchasing items from a street vendor who walked into the place Then the owner comes asked the lady what happened and she said well she doesn't like the lines I'm doing I explained it's not only the lines and the owner repeats well you don't like the lines. So what you want to do ? We can remove them. I was like whatever with the attitude they got and how horrible they look remove them. Now a whole process of attitude from their part execpt the owner but all started talking to each other and giving me attitude and filing so much my nails they ended up weak and now all of them breaking they hurt like crazy and they are so weak. My time is very limited and now I have to wait days until I can make an appointment somewhere else to fix my nails but regardless they hurt so much that I wouldn't be able to tolerate anything right now My opinion regarding this place: Worst service, worst attitude, not friendly at all, very unprofessional, inexperienced read more

If you are willing to wait on a stool and a steam room for 30-45 mins since they do not have any actual chairs for you to sit on and they do not have the AC even if its 85 degrees outside. "you have to wait where ever you go .. only because you pay doesn't mean you don't have to wait" excuse me? because I am addressing that your worker is double booking? OMG. UNREAL. Oh yea and when you walk in do not expect any type of greeting. They do not acknowledge you its as if you are invisible ... or as if you are begging for a free service. You will never know who the owner is as like I mentioned ... no hello whatsoever .. don't expect a how may we help you? I made an appointment for my lunch hour. I got there and I already brought my color with me. I waited more than 30min to not be seen and to be told I didn't get there on time when I did. Another technician had to tell the manager that I did get there on time. They had me soaking there like an idiot. Didn't apologize, didn't offer to dry my feet, NOTHING. They're all unprofessional and act as if they're not getting paid for the service being fulfilled. I came for a pedicure and the lady was laughing with her co workers and never even addressed me once, she was so rough and obnoxious. Don't go here period!
