I'd give no stars if it was possible I placed my order on 7/13 it's now 8/24 I reached out to them 2 days ago to please cancel my order and they responded saying they have a strict policy of not cancelling orders. They said they would submit my request for refund and get back to me. They also told me my order would ship today (which is also way outside of the 2-3 weeks window). That was 2 days ago. I reached out to them to follow up and as soon as I do that they print the label for my order which still HAS NOT SHIPPED. ALSO they posted on instagram not long ago saying they are way behind on orders so it's a little fishy that things get sped up when I want to cancel. Just be honest you are way outside your own shipping policy and I have ALL the receipts. Refunding me won't put you out anything because you still have the product. I have always championed black businesses but this one is full on 100% scammy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they will give you a quoted time for delivery of 3-4 weeks won't say anything about it or be in contact with you and they won't ship your order until you complain. Their instagram even posted not long ago that they were behind on orders. If they're so behind they could have still refunded me. You could literally use the beads you were going to send me towards someone else's order that you're way behind on. It's not that you can't refund me it's that you just won't. I absolutely loved this place! My experience was life-changing. The owner has such a beautiful welcoming spirit. She made me feel so comfortable ! She also follows COVID-19 protocol in which I appreciated. You must remove your shoes when entering and wash your hands immediately (while wearing your mask). She was so dope! This was the most amazing experience! We arrived we removed our shoes and was welcomed to look around! My husband was welcomes and offered all sorts of drinks which we declined. I brought my own clasp to ask if they could be used. The Owner politely gave me a sweet education about why she only does permanent waist beads. As I shut down mentally and emotionally she brought me back with love and education by letting me know this was more about my reason for the beads than her making money! She offered a strain for free for me to try! Just the compassion in her tone And the love in her voice made me want to be open to something new. I didn't see any colors bright enough so she pulled out some new neon beads and we designed together! This is something g she never does but because I was open she was open!
