Buyer Beware. I saw her jewelry on The Bachelorette and fell in love with several pieces. After looking at her website, I decided to purchase the Rumi Ring. So beautiful on the bachelorette and on the website. Unfortunately, when i received it, not only was there an inclusion in the ring but it was so dull it looked as though i had drug my knuckles on the ground to get the appearance it had. I went round and round with customer service, aka: Jenn about sending me an RA number for a simple return/refund. She/They wanted a picture before they would issue an RA number and were steadfast on giving me store credit or a return for some other product. Finally, after two PLUS weeks AND including my girlfriends thoughts and opinions on an email chain (which included customer service), I am able to return the ugly ring, to which you wouldn't even buy at a garage sale, with no restocking fee. I'll update my post AFTER i actually receive my refund as there was no "FORM" to actually fill out. Again, buyer beware. Go to your local jewelry store, antique store, pawn shop or flea market to buy something worthy of $70+. read more

LOVE this jewelry!! Beautiful and timeless yet hip and edgy. I've had some pieces for years and I still wear them regularly. The stones and metals are all high quality and, while it costs more than costume jewelry (obviously), it's super reasonable for what you get. I love that I can spend just a little more and feel like a million bucks. Also- it's almost weird how many compliments I get when wearing her stuff! Customer service is solid- I had to have a ring resized twice and they were very accomodating- no hassle. Apparently, I'm not alone in my love for her pieces. I purchased a sliver sparrow necklace for $50 from Robyn Rhodes. What I received looked like a $5 necklace you can buy at Walmart. It's a cheaply stamped bird charm and lackluster necklace with absolutely no sparkle. It looks cheap and fake and is definitely not worth $50. I contacted the company about returning it and was told that they will accept the return but that I will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee and of course, shipping cost would be my responsibility. I understand the shipping cost, but a re-stocking fee, seriously? This is a necklace, not a sofa. So basically they get an item back that they can re-sell at full value and I'm out $15 for having ordered this piece of junk if I return it. No wonder they have a $10 restocking fee - they must get a lot of returns when people receive items that look nothing like what they are expecting. I kept the necklace to give as Christmas gift for a teen and instead I spent the $15 buying almost the same necklace on Esty for $17 that looks MUCH better than the piece of junk I was sold. read more

I made a phone call to the office to see if my order had shipped as it had been two weeks and I have had a few experiences with mail theft. Wow, caught this receptionist on a bad day. She didn't even let me explain why I was calling. As soon as she heard it had been two weeks she cut me off and said "Our website says it takes two to three weeks and if you haven't received it, in another week you can give us a call back then." I then tried to FINISH explaining why I was calling and she cut me off again and said "Have you received an email saying it was shipped?" I said no and she said well you will when it ships. Again, this one was either having a bad day or should not be in customer service.
