It's so easy to text them pictures of what I need to get fixed & immediately get a quote over the phone & then same day service! They're fast & friendly and also always give warranty with their services. I just had them replace my water heater drain line and fittings and they made sure everything was up to code. We woke up to a knock on our door, and it was our neighbor letting us know that Water, was coming out of our garage and flowing out into the street! I called Joshua from Turtle and Tito's Plumbing. Although they had work already scheduled at other homes, they squeezed me into their busy schedule. Joshua took his time evaluating what the problem was. He said he had to look at my garage because that's where the water was coming flowing from, out the outside wall. He cut a small square and used equipment to measure what was going on. He found the leak and then gave me a quote. He spent about five hours on the job and replaced the outside pipe that had a pressure regulator attached. He was very patient and very thorough! And when the job was done, he actually charged me $100 less than he quoted me! I again highly recommend Joshua and Jose from Turtle and Tito's Plumbing! Josh and Hussain are stand up guys that truly believe in helping people get affordable and quality work done. They aren't there to upsell you into services that you don't need. We initially called them to help us with a kitchen drain problem but unfortunately our home is almost 40 years old and was a previous rental so we are still working on it. They did install a new water heater for us however and they brought everything up to code and professionally done. In regards to the drain, Josh said to get three estimates and see if they have any other opinions on how to clear it. I told him it wasn't necessary and I trust his judgement and know he'll be fair. They actually came out twice with different machinery to clear the drain but to no avail. They referred me to one of their colleagues who has other options to hopefully clear the drain. HONEST & HARD WORKING Joshua came out to my Airbnb for a clogged pipe that was making our showers and kitchen back up with gross water. He was friendly and honest and after many tries told me I needed something stronger than the snake- I needed a jet pump. So he referred me to another company who had the jet pump (very pricey but still cheaper by a few hundred dollars compared to other places) and they came there next day and fixed my problems! I woke to a blister on my lawn. Yikes! My lawn was flooding. I didn't really know what to do at first. All I know was that my lawn had a mound that sprouted up over night and water was gushing from the lawn to the streets. I first turned the water line off to the house and it was still leaking so I knew the water leak was in between the meter and the house. No brained right? There's a blister in front of the house. Well. Yes. I messaged a few companies and they quoted me a lot of varying prices. One quoted me for copper and it was close to $2900. Another was also higher. I called Turtle & Tito's Plumbling and was able to get a reasonable estimate. One thing I did like was that it's a family business. He said that he would work with me on the pricing and I had a good vibe from him so I made an executive decision and called my fiancé. Lol Anyways we chose to work with Josue aka Tito. I first interacted with Joshua a few years ago. At that time, I had a leak in my water main line. He and his team came out, assessed the problem and provided a solution. Lucky for me, I was able to find the leak and repair it. Fast forward a few years, another leak in that same line. This time I knew it had to be replaced. Reached out to Joshua again, and immediately scheduled for a complete replacement of the main water line from the meter on the sidewalk to my home. It was a two day job.
