What could improve was some type of assurance not a guarantee, but assurance that the job they do will last more than four days. Is that unreasonable? I don't think so however, they don't offer a "guarantee", so that the charge that you pay for them to snake your outside drain the first time is exactly that the first time. They want to know you for 375 each and every subsequent visit. I have two words for them one begins with an F the other one begins with a U. They didn't seem to have super high intellect, but I bet you they can guess what it is. They're con men, rather con Cowboys If the service doesn't work in three or four days, they'll come back out but you have to repay the service so you have to pay $375 twice. That's just their policy. Techs were absolutely professional. I think my experience was a one off. However my rating is due to lack of organization of the job and my equipment not being installed properly. We had a slab leak and we noticed it as soon as we woke up in the morning. I panicked and started searching for plumbers on Google and Yelp and found Righty Tighty Plumbing. Lorenzo came out immediately within an hour of calling and assessed our issue. He gave us his opinion then proceeded with a leak detection. Once this was complete he located the bad line, rebuilt 2 manifolds, rerouted it back through the attic and also installed a new pressure regulator hose bib and irrigation shut off valve. I had already got quotes which included the expansion tank for 365 from Scotts plumbing, so when marty the plumber showed up I explained what the problem was and that I had replacement for hinge gave me a quote for $475ish my friend said are you out of your mind we are providing the tank he talked to his boss and nd brought it down to $300 we agreed only because we were from other plumbers we called that it needed to be pressurized before replacing and Marty only said yeah I can do this without explaining what needed to get done. All that needed was literally unscrew the old one and remove and replace the new one absolutely nothing else too 20 minutes that we were going to do to begin with ourselves but we encountered deception and greed from the plumbers so called honest family owned business. Found Righty Tighty Plumbing randomly on my Yelp search and they saved my Sunday. A hose bib from my irrigation system decided to snap on a Sunday morning.... :-( And of course my irrigation system doesn't have its own shutoff valve. The main water needed to be shut off to stop the disaster. Great, but then there was no more water in the house anymore. So it was kind of urgent to have the pb fixed. I called them around 10am and talked to Mike. He said that someone can come by between 12am and 2pm for an inspection. Justin showed up before 12am and took a look at the pb.
