It wasn't very busy at 4 on a Saturday, there was a children's birthday party and some other adults. They have a wide range of machines, not just ones for kids. They have 10+ pinball machines including sopranos and South Park. Which I like a lot. The place is very clean for an arcade and two bathrooms in the back. They keep the machines all operational, nothing was out of order. They have couches to play consoles and even an Atari! I loved the air hockey, and skee ball as well. I would definitely come back here to play guitar hero which I didn't get a chance to play. I think it's also byob. Staff are friendly and helpful.

So basically any money I had on my card got eaten up and when I went to customer service they claimed to put it back but when I checked the balance it wasn't true. Perhaps it was the card but it was just a terrible experience. A lot of the people working seemed very inexperienced.

Laser Bounce is pretty pricey but it lasted the girls for over an hour so it's worth it. The prizes sucked tho- 40 tickets for a dum dum lollipop, 500 tickets for a pen, 1000 tickets for a mini blind box SMH...you're better off saving your tickets for next time.

Everything was transparent and clearly explained... the party host Kayla was the best one we've had. She knows how to get the kids engaged and get the party going.
