And I would get a response a few days/weeks later. And her response was always "I'm sorry I've been so busy". Which I understand. But that's why my husband and I hired this company because their job is to do this. It was very stressful when we didn't hear things for weeks. We also talked about cake flavors via email and come to find out on our wedding date, she never ordered one. I mean. Why would we talk about cake flavors and then not add it to the bill?! It was my fault also for not double checking the bill. What wedding doesn't have a cake!?!? When I called her , because she just left without saying anything, all she said was "all I can do is bring a fake cake". How are my guests going to eat this. So I had family run out and buy a few cakes. It was embarrassing . Being a nurse working 12 hours shifts at night, working 4-5 days a week. It was hard to meet up. Because I work 7pm to 7 am. So when I emailed her a few times to fill out the layout for the reception, she never replied. My husband called her a few times and she said to re-email it back. But did I ever get a response? No. I ended up just filling out the layout myself. When I asked her what her PayPal account name was, that's when I got a response right away. Seriously , I would not recommend them to anyone. Which is a shame, because my sister hired them a few years ago and they did fabulous. I'm not sure what happened for my wedding but it was awful. Very unfortunate.

A staff member radioed ahead for us, and by the time we got to the snack counter, they already knew what to do. No waiting, no confusion. We were set up immediately and on our way. That level of coordination was impressive. Every game we tried was working perfectly, including VR games, which is rare in most arcades. Even smaller details, like all the basketballs being available at the Papa Shot machines, did not go unnoticed. The kids' drop ride was a huge hit with my daughter, and the claw machines, which guarantee a prize, were a fun bonus, especially as a way to end the visit on a high note. The prize center was also well balanced, with reasonable ticket costs and fun options. They had some great games too, like rhythm games and classics, that made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The real surprise was the food. We ordered pizza expecting typical arcade food, but it exceeded expectations by a mile. It was soft, fresh, and genuinely delicious, easily better than what you would find at places like Chuck E. Cheese. The entire dining area was spotless, which is almost unheard of in venues like this. Tables were clean. Floors were clean. Everything felt cared for. The service continued to impress throughout. Our food came out quickly, and when we finished, the staff handled all the cleanup. We actually went out of our way to find cash just to leave a tip because the service deserved it. My son's cousin was registered for the Presidents' Day day camp so we decided to register him, too! It was $49 for a 3 hour drop off session. The camp included games, open play free time use of the space, crafts, and more with other kids and teachers. Upon first look everything looked really clean and safe! My son was a little nervous to be left without me on the sidelines, but when I returned I could tell he formed a comfy relationship with the teachers working and they mentioned how well he did during the duration of the camp. We've never done something like this so I'm glad to have it on my radar for school breaks! They also host "parents night out" events where you're able to drop the kids off and go on a date night - which is a really fun alternative to keeping the kids at home with a sitter. Worth noting that kiddos need to be potty trained and able to separate from parents in order to attend the drop off camps. We'll definitely be bringing my son back in the future!

I am so happy they were able to stay open through pandemic closures! First the coaches are wonderful. They are kind and welcoming to my child, they know her well and greet her warmly. The coaches are skilled at teaching young people gymnastics, and help the kids have fun and learn. The facility is really fun for kids. They have a good variety of activities and keep the class sizes appropriately sized for the facility. My child loves the trapeze and trampoline best. She works hard each week to improve, and she is inspired by her coaches. Birthday parties at Jungle Gym are popular with my child and her friends. Get the bouncy house! The zip line is also a special treat. The owner is responsive to my questions and communicates important info with flyers in the space and emails about holiday schedules, billing, and special programs like camps and parents' night out.
