Old-school bowling alley. We went on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all. The place was clean (but cold, so take a jacket). Our lane malfunctioned so we had to move lanes, and then that one did, too. But they were able to fix it. We did have trouble with the lane multiple times, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but the staff was really great and did their best to quickly fix it each time. They were patient and kind. This is the best, old-school bowling alley I've found in the Nashville area. There are "hipper" and more modern options where the food and live music are the point (and those places are good for those things), but at those places bowling is waaaayyy down the list of priorities. Bowling is the point here. There are food options and cheap beer (even $6 white russians if you're feeling like Lebowski) here sure, but bowling is the point. As such, bowling is even cheaper than at any of the competitors where bowling is the secondary focus. For an hour of afternoon bowling, around $30 (an hour including shoes, we squeezed in 4 games). Friendly service, ample parking, clean restrooms, locker rentals. Good music over the radio/loudspeakers. Definitely coming back with friends. read more

My family and I had the best time. The staff was very welcoming and explained how everything worked. We could play as many games as we wanted for two hours. We could have bumpers if we asked, but my boys weren't interested. They also have a jukebox and all the classic games if that's what you're into. This place is a hidden gem! Sure, it's not the biggest or fanciest bowling alley, but who wants that anyway? It's always super clean. Since Covid impacted everything we've been here nearly weekly and I have seen the staff every time are very quick to sanitize after each group. My kids love the arcade (I wish they didn't) and I love that we have a safe neighborhood spot to get some energy out when it's cold or rainy or too hot outside. I wish they had wifi. The outside is very deceiving, as you would think it would be a rundown place. However, the lanes are very well maintained, the bowling area is very clean, and the computer to enter names and scores worked flawlessly. What a fun way to spend a Tuesday night. We finished dinner and wanted to find something to do and decided on bowling. From 9pm - 2am, they run a $5 special that includes all you can bowl, shoes included and live DJ! During our first game, the lights turned off and it turned into Cosmic Bowling. This is a great way to have fun and they also had a DJ come around asking trivia questions. We won a free game of bowling for answering correctly! Then, they had a dance contest and I was one of the winners. I agree with the other reviews about it not being the classiest joint ever but it was clean and fun. The staff were friendly and you really can't beat the price point. If you come before 9pm, you'll see serious bowlers and bowing teams in action. So glad we tried this place out! read more

I used their online form to request to reserve lanes for a party of 30 & after 2 weeks of no response, I called in. Sandra was extremely nice over the phone, and that was the only pleasant experience. A few people arrived before we arrived with the birthday girl, and the manager working was extremely rude to them & sent them away saying there was no reservation. When I got there, they fought with me saying we had not made a reservation and we were not on the calendar. I showed them my online banking app where they had taken a deposit, AS WELL as pointing to my last name on their calendar... they did not apologize for their mistake and they made us wait an hour for 4 lanes. They should also follow their own rules and not allow their employees to vape at the shoe counter & then proceed to kick people out for vaping. Their security staff, Autumn, grabbed me by the arm, twisted it around my back & drug me to the door & shoved me out. All around, horrible experience after giving them A LOT of money. read more

Arrived here at 9:45PM (closes at 11). The lady at the front desk made eye contact with our group and immediately grabbed the "last call" sign and threw it on the bar. We proceeded to ask if there were lanes available and if we could get a pitcher before they shut down the bar. The lady at the front desk said "Nope! Sorry!". Be aware people of color: RACIST ESTABLISHMENT!!! Lady Guard was Racist AF!!! My friend that just got back from deployment walked in with a black bag from the taco stand outside of the establishment and was quickly questioned what's in the bag. Meanwhile my bf (who happened to be Caucasian) and my girl friends (Asians) were carrying the same freaking bag and were never asked anything. My bf was even eating his tacos inside and the lady guard didn't bother him at all. All the whole, my friend walked in and the guard was very aggressive "What's in the bag?" My friend asked why, then she repeated herself. This got me really disappointed and me and my bf started to raise our voices, my friend said it's food and she said that outside food was not allowed. I understand that but the fact she was aggressive towards my friend gave her racial bias right away. She then lied that she did not saw my bf eating even tho I made eye contact with her while she's staring at our table... The manager talked to us and she sided the lady guard. We told her he's not gonna eat it inside and she said it doesn't matter. At this point I was pissed. Don't support a RACIST ESTABLISHMENT! We came with a group of about 15 people. We arrived at 7pm on a Thursday night, knowing we'd have to pay full price for games until 8pm hit (when games are $1). At 8pm, we went up to add more games and the lady says, "Whatever price you started with is what you have to pay." I informed her that was never mentioned up front, but she didn't care. So I told her we want to quit then start over. She said, "Well you're gonna get kicked off the lane and have to wait in line for another lane." I told her there were over 6 open lanes and she said, "Those are reserved!" Are you freaking kidding me?!?! What a terrible waste of money. They don't inform you of anything going in and honestly just don't care. There were no lines or people coming in for their "reserved" lanes. Instead he had to refund 6 of us for shoes when 4 lanes next to our friends went uninhabited for 2+hours. I guess it was league night?! This place is AWFUL!!! I walked in there on a Wednesday with 6 people we requested 2 lanes since they weren't busy. Belinda who works there said you can't get 2 lanes your not allowed. I have been there several times and that was never an issue. I asked kindly and she responded with an ATTITUDE I don't know why. Then they made us wait 30 minutes God knows why when the place was half empty. After waiting we requested a refund and we got even more attitude mind you we only had an hour left to bowl and there was 6 of us on a lane. This other old man who works there called my boyfriend " your a mother fucker"!!!! Bc we wanted a refund!!!!!!!!. Young kids were around during all of this. Cosmic bowling is a good time for the price and the music is fun... however, the lady who was in charge of the food and beverage station was hands down the rudest person I've ever met. I went back to my group of friends (who go every week) and they assured me that it's not just me, she really is a rude person. Lanes are $10/hour, which seemed a little weird (our second game ended in the middle, because our time was up - we didn't want a whole hour more, so we just stopped playing, but I can see how that would be annoying if you cared). I asked to split my bowling tab with the cashier 4 ways. He rolled his eyes at me and didn't speak a word until I told him that I would pay for the entire tab on my own card. We paid for 1 hour of bowling and within the 1 hour, we waited 3 times and a total of around or over 20 minutes for them to fix the issue of our lane pins/balls being clogged up. When they cleared the clog the first time, 9 balls that we never bowled (nor the lane to the left of us had bowled) came up and clogged that as well. When i asked for them to fix it, I got a silent response and finger point to the person to talk to. When I finally spoke to that person... he rolled his eyes at me and acted as if asking for extra 10 minutes for their inconvenience was like asking him for $1,0000. I came here to celebrate my best friend's and my birthday that just happen to be a few days apart and had the absolute best time. The atmosphere, music, food and everything are outstanding, I usually have a hard time using any public restrooms and theirs was top notch cleanliness wise. But the two things that set this place apart are Pam and Diane 100%. They are both so warm and friendly that you instantly feel at home here. We came back a second time and Pam even remembered all 4 of my group's shoe sizes!! Her kindness and ability to run the lanes made me compare her to Pam from The Office. We were celebrating and ordering drinks and food all night long and Diane even hand-delivered some of food orders. They were so happy to help us and encouraged us to have a great time, it wouldn't have been the same without them. They are exemplary employees and I consider them friends after only two visits. read more
