But they have my money. I took out a Home Depot credit card specifically to pay for this project and have already made 3 monthly payments. I have no idea the status of my project other than the permit was finally obtained. They have ignored multiple emails and phone calls. The sale man made a drawling of the fence out line with measurements. The sub contractor did not follow it at all some short some long. Not one of the polls are in aline with each other in a line. Fast forward 18 months and as others have reported, the follow up on repairs are not bad --- they're horrendous. Try and picture if you can what it was like to wait for a cable guy in the 90s -- someone who gave you a 12 hour window and then didn't show up and didn't respond when you called them. Let's start with the fact that the gate literally fell off an 18-month old fence. In what world does that happen? Then, when I called, and emailed to have it repaired, the person picked up and was pleasant and THREE times on three different occasions told me not to worry, that someone would be by between (pick your 3-4 hour time window) to fix it. They never showed any of the times, dodged phone calls, made excuses, and ignored me. They even had the audacity to leave read receipts on their texts so I know they got them and then they continued to ignore me. Do yourself a favor, find another fence company -- this one is a complete disaster.

Mr. Gibbs came to home, extremely late on the day of the appointment. He suggested he cut the damaged spindle and take it with so it could be matched exactly. He ensured me his wood guy could replicate the discontinued spindle as I requested. He also ensured me it would only take a few days to get the spindle back. He quoted me a price e of over 400.00 for 1 wooden spindle and would not start the work without a deposit and contract. It ended up being weeks before I got the spindle back. When he returned, the color was extremely off, and he had to take the spindle back to fix the color. Several weeks later he again returned. When he returned I could not believe what he brought back to be placed in my home stairwell. It was not the custom-made spindle replicated by his wood guy, but a 6.00-dollar spindle from Home Depot. The color did not match, nor was it the same style of spindle. He failed to inform me that he would be installing the wrong spindle. I WAS LIVID! I could not believe a so call reputable company bamboozled me out of 400.00 for a 6.00 spindle. I asked him why he dd not call or inform me he had the wrong spindle, he just arrived at my home and commenced to installing the mis matched spindle. He never apologized, never offered a refund, no even partial. I am still considering suing him for breech of contract.
