I was told that my estimate was prepared and would be sent later that day. I have yet to receive the estimate, but will not ask again, and I won't ever reach out to this contractor again. Yes, you did provide an estimate on stair railings and I did go a different way because you could not provide the style railings I wanted. But it was totally unprofessional to go through the motions of providing an estimate with no intention of doing so, and then not telling me that in the beginning, especially after I asked about your interest in the project. Unfortunately after a month the insurance company refused to fix it and we had to pay out if Pocket. When we were ready we were told they had to do another quote and it was the same price. Unfortunately my husband had a medical emergency and a month after his surgery I had to have emergency surgery as well. So here we are 6 months later ready to have our work done and pay out of pocket. I was told we needed a new quote and I'm ok with this because I was told last time the price was high because of wood being so expensive and I know the price has gone down. To my surprise they increased the price by $500. Yes $500!! Inflation has companies being greedy and price gouging and I'm not here for it. I contacted the company and tell them I'm willing to pay an extra $300 but $500 is just too much of an up charge. The company replied thanks for your message have a nice day. Ok great way to lose a customer and any recommendations we might have. Beware when contacting this company. They will up charge and have 0 issues with it. Fortunately we found a company to do it for $700 cheaper. I would hate for anyone to be ripped off so please get more than one estimate!!!

I stand up for myself and I am a retired Contractor and Realtor, I have installed and over seen the installation of many fence installs. The sale man made a drawling of the fence out line with measurements. The sub contractor did not follow it at all some short some long. Not one of the polls are in aline with each other in a line. The heights of all horizontal polls on the main top of the fence are not aligned on the fence. Will return with many photos to show you .
